It’s just like being a forensic technician these are the people that go over those graphic videos or pictures on peoples computers/phones any other storage devices in order to gather evidence against a convicted person.
idk if this is true or not but there was some a case that a dispatcher had where a scared woman was hiding in her closet due to a person entering her home so she called 911 to ask if she could shoot the person or not, the dispatcher legally cannot tell her what to do because then the dispatcher would be responsible for something bad happening (so the dispatcher had to literally do nothing), in this case, the person came into the women's room and she immediately shot them out of fear, turns out it was her husband

The Father's blinking at times is very unnatural and not timed perfectly with his expressions He changed his mood when his family was murdered in a car really quickly without shedding a tear. He also looks at certain directions without real reason, again uncanny and not timed perfectly like we usually look at stuff. Everything was off from the start, and idk how no one suspected this murderer. Also his defense on the lies he told are really stupid and make nothing out of nothing. Really this is the worst acting there is. And yet it took them lots of months to finally get him.
@@KaBammy I think he's correct, it's even more obvious with countries that are more authoritarian. Jack Ma and the Chinese Communist Party relation, for instance.
@@KaBammy nah he was right on that one, the family had power because they were all well known lawyers, money plays a huge part of course but its not a 100% direct correlation, someone with the same amount of money that wasn't a family of lawyers would have a lot less power to manipulate the system. that's not to say there's no correlation at all because there is, but there's other factors that play a part.
@23:50 my mom is a police dispatcher and can confirm he is 100% correct. There have been some calls that require urgency but they maintain composure and collect information insanely all at the same time as they’re logging transcripts to relay while talking to officers and the caller. Rare X W. 🙏🏽
Should be thankful your dispatchers speak perfect English, here in England you could call for the police and the dispatcher could have the thickest and most unintelligible Indian accent.
24:15 That's actually insane, this mfer has everything against him and still tries to snake his way out of it in any way. I'm an opioid addict myself and paranoia is something only an incredibly tiny fraction of users have experienced, because that is in no way typical for opioids. They don't just make you a killer out of nothing Also RIP to all victims, Mallory included, poor girl
I looked up the crime scene photos and well...BODY photos out of morbid curiosity, it's all on display...this father is absolutely psychotic and had he not been caught in any way I genuinely feel he would've just kept going. It was a horrific case that shows that like even someone's fucking father would just blow their son's brains out (augh) just to fucking do it. Reminds me of how memey and somewhat funny that one video was where xQc reacted to the killer who spent his family's savings on a e-girl, but the crime scene photos are absolutely horrific and left a bad scar on my brain.
@@oof6205 I believe during the court during one of the live broadcasts they forgot to have it already censored so everyone watching got to see the full view of the body on a table in presumably the medical examiner's office.
I dont understand how 2 different weapons being used is not a vital point in the story, I dont recall but I think the bodies were right next to each other and not moved at all, which means that to be killed by 2 different weapons, there had to be 2 different people because of the time of each of their deaths. I dont know much about this story but I would assume that people were hired to kill his family but the only problem with that is I feel that some evidence should have been left like a vehicle or footprints. And again I dont know much of anything about this case but it seems as if a lot of evidence went missing and/or was ignored I also see a comment in this comment section saying how this was a miscarriage of justice and another comment saying he didnt think Alex really killed his family, which would hold true given the evidence. So to be clear (whether he did it or not), there is not enough incriminating evidence to sentence Alex like this . Weird.
exactly! I just don’t get if he did kill them why would he shoot his son with a shotgun and his wife with an assault rifle? they are both very big guns and are hard to conceal. no point in bringing two.
@@aintnoway9515 Because he got in his car and left to go to his mom's. It's very possible that his son had some people that wanted him dead (e.g. the girl's boyfriend that had already threatened to kill him and beaten him up). Maybe they were hitmen hired by Alex, or maybe they were out to get Paul, or maybe they were out to get Alex and settled for the next best way to ruin Alex's life. Who really knows (the State obviously didn't lol)? The whole point is that proof beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard for murder, but there was tons of reasonable doubt.

I watched most of this trial (with the opinions of a panel of lawyers). I really don't think he killed his wife/son. Was he a piece of shit? Oh yeah, 100%. Did the evidence in the prosecutor's case reach proof beyond a reasonable doubt? Fuck no, nowhere near it. There was so much conflicting testimony between experts, the prosecutors still didn't have the murder weapon(s), or a solid timeline that made sense, didn't rectify defense witnesses' testimonies, their GPS/cell phone data was proven unreliable, the crime scene was contaminated by SLED, etc. The only things that made you think, "Yeah, maybe he did do it," was the Snapchat video and the fact that he was caught in a "lie" on the stand. It was also unbelievable that the judge let information/evidence from the boat case and the embezzlement case into this murder trial, knowing full well that those wholly separate cases would be used as a way to destroy Murdaugh's character for the jury.
i totally agree the whole entire trial was lacking evidence and had a crazy ass motive i can’t believe they reached a verdict they should’ve called for a retrial. it’s ridiculous how you could convict someone with so little evidence and no murder weapon.
he's been proven to show that he tries to claim death insurance benefits, AND can hire someone to assist in his own attempted "murder" I agree that he didn't directly kill his family; but I completely believe that he could've hired people to do it for him so he could claim the death benefits, and pairing that with his wealth and power, used underhanded methods to try and cover up that fact; then as time went on and as the case continued he started to get nervous and thus planned his own attempted "murder" to try and absolve himself as a suspect but obviously he got caught lying and plotting his "murder" so he didn't get to fully clear himself from the investigators pursuing him as a suspect
If you want to see how it doesnt help see the house of horrors killer for ONE example with the girl who got hold of a phone who called 911 in the same room as the serial killer as he slept. Operators can get info, but they also need to know when to stfu. Its happened during endless shootings too with someone hiding under a fucking table or body with the shooter nearby and the operator keeps asking them POINTLESS questions in that situation.
u only care about him because u were shown a video, now imagine the thousands of other people like this who you dont care about at all, your just virtue signaling, you dont actually care. theres people in west point in liberia living in slums living in literal hell on earth with people that are 100x worse then this guy
@@aintnoway9515 His defense was that he was driving to his mother's house at the time, or if he was there, he was either taking a shower or taking a nap on the couch. They did tests and you can't clearly hear gunshots at the kennel from the house, due to the distance and dense forest. I don't know if he killed them or not, but I don't think the kennel video is enough evidence to convict, there was still a lot of reasonable doubt, especially because of the way the police and crime scene investigators screwed up so much evidence on the scene by being careless.
Used to live in SC, grew up there. Ive actually met Alex in person, and been down the road he killed that guy while on the side of the road. Crazy shit.
People talking about the lack of evidence is what it is- but personally in my mind, if you lie about an alibi, and are proven to be at the scene of the crime minutes beforehand is pretty damning. I have a hard time believeing his reasoning for why he lied and because he was so influential i doubt he wouldnt have lied because of coercion, so his lie regarding his alibi makes no logical sense to me.
not entirely, they go hand in hand. connections CAN overpower people with money but at the same time money CAN overpower people with connections. money and power or two sides of the same influential coin. they arent above or below each-other.
how hard is it to think the no blood guy was murdered with the, movie style washcloth/rag with some chemical shit idk 🤷♂️ i mean if they were all murdered, why do you immediately have to think blood?
While I understand that the passengers had been drinking as well, why did none of them decline to enter the boat with Paul? They obviously, as per the video, knew that him driving was a bad idea and attempted to dissuade him, surely the next logical step would be to simply cab home or call a parent, etc?
I thought that too but weren't they all kind of stranded in waters at that point? I'm unfamiliar with NC or wherever it was so I don't know much about boats or if there's land you can go call a cab. The bar seemed like it was on a dock too. Not sure tho

Especially when the chip spins, showing its lightly salt covered yellow skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the chip scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any chip I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a bacon I have ever seen especially on 1:24. I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. The work put in to this is incredibly inspiring. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. chip spinning has changed my life for the better. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the chip go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. So much great graphic design, so much suspense, so much greatness in this one video. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on chip . hail chip . hail chip. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. well pleased like the best reaction without eating any chips or something.

The Father's blinking at times is very unnatural and not timed perfectly with his expressions
He changed his mood when his family was murdered in a car really quickly without shedding a tear.

Gosh why is this guy still being talked about or even this family who caused so much tragedy for other families.
Crazy how this all stemmed from parents allowing alcohol. I would be dead
24:15 That's actually insane, this mfer has everything against him and still tries to snake his way out of it in any way. I'm an opioid addict myself and paranoia is something only an incredibly tiny fraction of users have experienced, because that is in no way typical for opioids. They don't just make you a killer out of nothing
Also RIP to all victims, Mallory included, poor girl
If you actually watched the trial, you would understand that everything was, in fact, not against him. lol
This all came from drunk driving

I looked up the crime scene photos and well...BODY photos out of morbid curiosity, it's all on display...this father is absolutely psychotic and had he not been caught in any way I genuinely feel he would've just kept going. It was a horrific case that shows that like even someone's fucking father would just blow their son's brains out (augh) just to fucking do it.
Reminds me of how memey and somewhat funny that one video was where xQc reacted to the killer who spent his family's savings on a e-girl, but the crime scene photos are absolutely horrific and left a bad scar on my brain.

And again I dont know much of anything about this case but it seems as if a lot of evidence went missing and/or was ignored
I also see a comment in this comment section saying how this was a miscarriage of justice and another comment saying he didnt think Alex really killed his family, which would hold true given the evidence.
RIPBOZO he fake cried while talking about his dead son and wife. Lmao rot in prison
@@aintnoway9515 Because he got in his car and left to go to his mom's. It's very possible that his son had some people that wanted him dead (e.g. the girl's boyfriend that had already threatened to kill him and beaten him up). Maybe they were hitmen hired by Alex, or maybe they were out to get Paul, or maybe they were out to get
Alex and settled for the next best way to ruin Alex's life. Who really knows (the State obviously didn't lol)? The whole point is that proof beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard for murder, but there was tons of reasonable doubt.

Someone in his chat really said, "they don't care." It's really not that difficult to understand why 911 operators speak the way they do. . . . . . .
This man was the inspiration of el goblino
RIPBOZO he did it. I have never seen a man fake crying before after seeing his dead son and wife.
Overwhelming circumstantial evidence and character assassination will do that.
he's been proven to show that he tries to claim death insurance benefits, AND can hire someone to assist in his own attempted "murder"
I agree that he didn't directly kill his family; but I completely believe that he could've hired people to do it for him so he could claim the death benefits, and pairing that with his wealth and power, used underhanded methods to try and cover up that fact; then as time went on and as the case continued he started to get nervous and thus planned his own attempted "murder" to try and absolve himself as a suspect
but obviously he got caught lying and plotting his "murder" so he didn't get to fully clear himself from the investigators pursuing him as a suspect
It was the Snapchat video he was on minutes before the killings is what sealed his fate
Imagine being buster and having all this happen
I KNEW IT WAS HIM THE WHOLE TIME (I read the title)
money aint power.... Power is money
it probably goes both ways
if he hired someone to kill him later on, then it would make sense that he hired someone to kill his family
Damn that's true I never put that together
If you want to see how it doesnt help see the house of horrors killer for ONE example with the girl who got hold of a phone who called 911 in the same room as the serial killer as he slept. Operators can get info, but they also need to know when to stfu. Its happened during endless shootings too with someone hiding under a fucking table or body with the shooter nearby and the operator keeps asking them POINTLESS questions in that situation.
Xqc really reacted to the story of alec murdoc

X is very right about the money not being the real power the real power is connections if you know the right people life is far easier

not entirely, they go hand in hand. connections CAN overpower people with money but at the same time money CAN overpower people with connections.
money and power or two sides of the same influential coin. they arent above or below each-other.
how hard is it to think the no blood guy was murdered with the, movie style washcloth/rag with some chemical shit idk 🤷♂️
i mean if they were all murdered, why do you immediately have to think blood?
While I understand that the passengers had been drinking as well, why did none of them decline to enter the boat with Paul? They obviously, as per the video, knew that him driving was a bad idea and attempted to dissuade him, surely the next logical step would be to simply cab home or call a parent, etc?
I thought that too but weren't they all kind of stranded in waters at that point? I'm unfamiliar with NC or wherever it was so I don't know much about boats or if there's land you can go call a cab. The bar seemed like it was on a dock too. Not sure tho
