He did his part to "free" Wasan's mother from the pain. The murders were committed by his mentor M and ultimately Gun kills this villain. Nevertheless, this topic of "euthanasia" is too complex and morally reprehensible. Funny, I'm just treating this as a topic because it's legal in Switzerland and not here. The word ethunasia is a relic of the Nazis anyway and in my opinion this word is reprehensible
I guess there are some differences between the novel and the series because the mentor (or director of the hospital in the series) was a good person and was killed by his lover (who is probably the murderer). So, do these two main characters end up together? Or will Gun (whose name is Ken in the series) go to prison because of euthanasia?
