I'm an emotional person also. Sometimes I hate it. I get it Laurie. Have you thought of seeing a therapist? It really helps if you find one you feel comfortable with. If you don't want to, there is a lot of self-help stuff on youtube you can find to help with anxiety, like breathing, routines, exercise, squish balls, etc. I know good sleep is important for good daily life, and to keep anxiety and depression at bay. I also know that "taking meds" is not a bad stigma like it use to be. I have been taking medication for depression since I was 20. I didn't even realize that was my issue when I went to the doctor for some other reason. lol Mental health therapies, medications, treatments, lifestyles, etc. have gotten WAY better in the last 30 years. I am 52 now, and I feel the best I have in my entire life. I guess that is good and bad. Good, for obvious reasons, bad because I wish I turn back the clock, haha. In my opinion, there would be nothing wrong with you taking an Ativan (Lorazapam) at night to help you sleep and get rid of your nightly anxiety, and maybe one during the day when you feel anxiety over taking you, WHILE you also see a therapist and work on your triggers, lifestyle, and how to manage your anxiety symptoms. I am not a doctor, or any kind of health professional. I am just going off my own experience. I am just saying these things to give you a different perspective that medication isn't always a bad thing. Plus doctors don't make you do anything. If it doesn't work for you, change the dose, the medication, or stop it all together. You are the one in charge of your care. If you want to email more privately, I am more than willing to talk. 💗

Sorry, but i am a loner, have no friends (except my husband, who has a bunch of health issues) and my only enjoyment is watching your videos. When you put your life on the internet you have to expect differing opinions and not be so sensitive. You’ve been doing that as long as I’ve been watching…coming and going and getting mad at people and deleting all your videos and changing hobbies and buying and selling everything! Well said, most time I can’t watch her videos it’s not soothing to me, it gives me anxiety. She is so indecisive on everything, she says one thing and does another. Her collection of things are child like. I love nice thing and thrift store bargains, but I don’t feel the need to collect every themed coffee mug, especially that she never has company. I have a husband and family I would be the only who would use a themed cup so why would I buy 50 of them. Her buying on impulse and the selling just to replenish in a couple of months is odd to me. But it’s her life and her money all though she considers herself low income, she can play all she wants.

Do you have any issues with your markers bleeding through the pages?
