The camera focused on him, often in close up so we got a good view of his amazing eyes.❤ And he was asked questions about HIMSELF and how he feels about things. Without being constantly interrupted. I really wish people on the internet would listen to what he is saying here about hate comments. On Twitter, he's talked about how horrible, in particular, the abuse the females in this industry get and people were alluding to the fact he was defending his friends like Camila Cabello and Selena Gomez who get enormous amounts of abuse for no reason. Abusing someone is never justified, it does not matter how bored you are please check yourself. Have we not learnt from the Caroline Flack incident?

Liam teaches us to keep going by being himself. He was born almost dead. He was in the hospital most of the time till the age of 7. He didn't have a kidney till the age of 18 and had to get 32 vaccines every day as a pain reliever when he was very young. He was extremely bullied in childhood. He is trolled even now and gets hate for no reason. He was turned down 22 times. Yet, he manages to keep that bright smile on his face that lights up the world of millions and keeps me going... He has been through a lot and faces it all bravely... I want to be as strong as him...

He's just so pure and I can't imagine how difficult it was for him to go thru everything to be niall horan that the entire world know now. That must be very hard when started this career at 16 especially when many people doubted his amazing voice and got only a few part of lyrics for him to sing it. However, he's still managed to smile and be that a very cheerful member of 1d. His speech for 10-years-ago-niall at the end of the video was so beautiful ❤️😭

When I hear Niall talk, I always think "What a solid guy!" I don't think any of us should underestimate how good it is to have people in the public eye who are realistic and solid! Plus, his music has beautiful melodies, stories, a variety as well as creative and coherent instrumentation, arrangements, and production. I have great respect for Niall Horan.

I don't think Liam is as vulnerable as Niall, Harry, & Louis are. I think Liam has to really sit & think about who he is as a person in order to get to the level of self-acceptance that those 3 are at right now. They've done some really great interviews so far about self-love & self-discovery and Liam hasn't done one of those yet. I would definitely want to see that from Liam too ofc.

Gosh, I couldn't help but relate to how he just shakes his body in nervousness, when he has to breathe in quickly because of how tense he feels, the pauses, the sutters, everything. I was never a directioner and only had a brief period of listening to their songs back in my middle school years, so I never really knew much about them besides Harry Styles' LGBTQ aesthetic nowadays. This is the first One Direction related video I've seen in 4 years and I can already relate to Niall so much within the first few minutes.
I'm just so proud i'm a fan of his. Look at him ppl. what an amazing and intelligent man he became. That recent video of Zayn and Gigi out in NY for the bday and that girl with her bf passes by them and yells out basically eff Zayn but Gigi is alright. Why? Because she knew she was on camera? Because she knew he wouldn't say anything? When is that ever acceptable and why hate on someone you don't personally know? How does one get immune to that and not let it affect you? How do you keep smiling when people boldly say the hateful things to your face? Imagine how he felt for the rest of that night. He hadn't been in public in months and the first time he is he gets to hear that. Or maybe it's just Zayn who gets that type of hate. He was the only one of them who got to be the brunt of a "joke" on late night tv that compared him to a terrorist and he's had cultural/racial slurs said to him in public- 2 times that I know of, once by a pap and once by a "fan". I'm not sure how anyone handles that type of life. Guess that's why Zayn lives on a farm and Niall hides in public in plain sight. People forget that celebs are not just a concept or a persona-they are actual people with feelings.

I've always wondered why he always pretend he's happy, he's a human he can't be happy all the time, n actually he said it himself ppl always tell him he looks happy, but never admitted he was sad some times, but that "boof" was showing that he was sad some times but won't admitted by saying it, he's always talking like everything was completely ok, n he's living the dream of his life, but he's life like any celeb's is stressful creating songs doing shows n n touring traveling all the time doing the same shows everyday, going promoting, it's so stressful hopefuly, he'll talk about his struggles somewhere in the future
I hate him on magazines because it’s so photoshopped! You can tell it’s not Niall and it makes me sad that they have to “fix it up” or “enhance it”. Niall is beautiful and adjusting their real life facial features don’t do anything. Same goes for every other artist.

Gosh, I couldn't help but relate to how he just shakes his body in nervousness, when he has to breathe in quickly because of how tense he feels, the pauses, the sutters, everything. I was never a directioner and only had a brief period of listening to their songs back in my middle school years, so I never really knew much about them besides Harry Styles' LGBTQ aesthetic nowadays. This is the first One Direction related video I've seen in 4 years and I can already relate to Niall so much within the first few minutes.

So the fact that he could stay positive through all that amazes me. He is so strong and happy and positive, I try to follow his example

What Z and Li said was their experience and they were/are fairly upset, i am sure it hasn't been smooth ride for Niall as well that what amazes me ab him, though everything he manages to be that level of positive. Wish it were true that the trolls only said hateful things on social media tho. They DO bravely say things face to face, on the streets. That recent video of Zayn and Gigi out in NY for the bday and that girl with her bf passes by them and yells out basically eff Zayn but Gigi is alright.
Why? Because she knew she was on camera? Because she knew he wouldn't say anything? When is that ever acceptable and why hate on someone you don't personally know?
How does one get immune to that and not let it affect you? How do you keep smiling when people boldly say the hateful things to your face? Imagine how he felt for the rest of that night. He hadn't been in public in months and the first time he is he gets to hear that.
Or maybe it's just Zayn who gets that type of hate. He was the only one of them who got to be the brunt of a "joke" on late night tv that compared him to a terrorist and he's had cultural/racial slurs said to him in public- 2 times that I know of, once by a pap and once by a "fan".
I'm not sure how anyone handles that type of life. Guess that's why Zayn lives on a farm and Niall hides in public in plain sight.
People forget that celebs are not just a concept or a persona-they are actual people with feelings.

I've always wondered why he always pretend he's happy, he's a human he can't be happy all the time, n actually he said it himself ppl always tell him he looks happy, but never admitted he was sad some times, but that "boof" was showing that he was sad some times but won't admitted by saying it, he's always talking like everything was completely ok, n he's living the dream of his life, but he's life like any celeb's is stressful creating songs doing shows n n touring traveling all the time doing the same shows everyday, going promoting, it's so stressful hopefuly, he'll talk about his struggles somewhere in the future

I hate him on magazines because it’s so photoshopped! You can tell it’s not Niall and it makes me sad that they have to “fix it up” or “enhance it”. Niall is beautiful and adjusting their real life facial features don’t do anything. Same goes for every other artist.

He IS young! He's just 26, and very well kept! None of them can be 18 for ever, but they can grow up knowing they are enjoying what they do. This is why all of them still look like teens.
