In your calculations above, would the centre line perimeter of the footing be exactly the same as the centre line perimeter for the wall? ie. the footing AND the wall share the exact same centre line perimeter? Thanks!

Question - If your total wall thickness is 8" wouldnt you have to divide the wall thickness by 2 before multiplying by 4?
