Special guests in our Bateria this year included: Júnior Teixeira from Rio de Janeiro; Renato Lage and Mariana Leme of Samba Houston (Houston, TX); Leslie Brice of Vavá United School of Samba (Washington, DC); and Barbara Johnston of Roc City Samba (Rochester, NY).
