So beautifully put together. I too have some vintage laces that I hesitate to use but certain projects call for them. I use them selectively and with respect as I believe you do, too. Your lace bag shows your love for vintage lace in every way.

Trisha, you should be thrilled with how it turned out. It is amazingly gorgeous and I am green with envy, I have made many many bags in the past, but nothing as beautiful and unique as this creation. I love antique/vintage lace, but I have never come across those fabulous large wide pieces. I don't know where/when you got them, but I have noticed that the price of antique lace is climbing higher and higher. It has become too expensive for me to buy or use in a project. I love love love this wonderful bag with all it's fantastic variety of delicate antique lace. You are so fortunate to own such a glorious OOAK with it's stunning features as the handmade flowers, lace tassels and cascade of beautiful lace. All hand stitched. It's thrilling. Thank you for sharing your lovely project. xxx

Beautiful Tricia, I was taken by all the vintage lace and it's appearance in an angle layout is very nice indeed. I can honestly say that I have never seen glass buttons before. I really like them and they go so well within the design of your project. Another wonderful job. All that hand stitching will take time but so nice when finished. Hugz
