One Bowl chocolate cake
Chocolate Cake
1 ¾ cup (245g) All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cups Sugar
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 tsp Vanilla Essence
¾ tsp Salt
½ cup Oil
1 cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Coffee (1 tsp coffee dissolved in hot water)
(Optional: You can also use just water if desired)

Chocolate Cake
Mix and Sift all dry ingredients
Make a well in the centre of bowl and pour in all wet ingredients
Mix with a Spatula
Bake at 345 F in preheated oven, for 35 to 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
Apply icing when cake is completely cool
