The roof looks great! And I don't think those two big buildings look weird in that residential area, it makes sense to have the school in that family neighborhood!

Well, I think it looks ok, but there is no denying that's a very tall and quite bulky building, so even though I tried to have it match somehow the style of the houses it does stand out in the neighborhhood ^^

Very creative use of those hampers! I love the changes you made to the lot. There's a Sovereign Gaming where Michael uses rugs to connect some parks on separate lots to make them look like one big lot. It's called "A big urban park OR just a big garden?" I thought it was very clever.
As I'm altering the world for the save file I'll add a path in CAW but that's such a neat trick!! The only thing that would make me hold back is that sometimes when you add items to the very edge of a lot they get stuck and you cannot remove them afterwards ( I've had that issue with one too many trees 🤭 ) . Thank you for the recommandation, that's quite the intriguing video title too :-)
I always enjoy watching your videos! I'm a huge fan of yours! Thank you for filling the bland and dull Riverview with exciting content. Riverview is my favorite world, but it was boring because there was nothing much to do, just like a rural village. The good thing about having nothing is that there's no lag, haha. I'm looking forward to your next video! Oh, and I was wondering if it's possible to request a remodeling of the house of Hunter Cottoneye Sim, lives in Riverview? lives on the outskirts of the village due to his OCD symptoms, but I recommend it because the concept is interesting. Sure, no problem if you can't do it! Thank you for always improving The Sims 3. I support you!
Oh my 😊, thank you, that's very sweet. Sure I'll do Hunter's home. I'm planning on doing the whole town but I can get to this one sooner (I remember someone else asking about this house too). Don't know when it's going to be ready but I'll start it soon :-)
