This video was a vibe! I want to lose 12 kg this year. Completely relaxed without pressure. Aiming too high - that doesn't work for me. For January, my goal was to walk 8,000 steps a day. And I did it! It was really difficult at first, but now it has become routine. For February, in addition to the 8k steps, I would like to drink 1.5 l of water a day and track my food. In addition to the healthy stuff, I would like to read more again, which is already working well. Evening routine works so far, I only want to work on the morning routine.

I love the planner on the iPad; I’m still old school with a written one but I need to transition to my iPad. That’s a big goal for me this year! Also, yes on the water! I drink anywhere from 160 to 200+ ounces of water a day and it is the nectar of life! It’s amazing how different you feel when hydrated! I LOVE this channel and cannot wait to see what you have in store for us! 😍😍😍

This month I have a very reasonable daily calorie goal and my monthly goal is to be 80% consistent with that. (I got this general idea from Jordan Syatt.) I joined a new gym in my town that was supposed to open last month, but has been delayed. It’s a little disappointing, but I feel like this gives me more time to stack habits instead of trying to go all in and potentially overwhelm myself!

I always make a lot of new years resolutions. I don't know why people say that making them are just setting yourself up to fail- I don't see it that way. Every night as I'm going to sleep I count the ones I've achieved that day, which is better than counting sheep and it's a nice summary to the day. I never berate myself for the ones I didn't do as there are always some that I have. For 20 years `drink more water' has been on the list but I don't think Ive ever made it past March on that one- still- it makes the list every year.

But please don't drink more than 3Liters per day... there is such a thing as too much liquids for a human body and if you don't count your tea and coffee you still end up with more liquid than you think in your system :))
