Vray requires a lot of settings and because of that you have spend time in it. But vray can run on low configuration pc and produce renders according to your need. On the other hand Corona doesn't need a lot of settings but it takes a lot of time to render and requires a good pc. So choose wisely

Normally a texture applied on both front and back side of the object. If you want to make different texture on each face it need some other settings.
