I swear, this woman sang this song 8 times a week as though it was a Sondheim masterpiece rather than the vaguely incoherent pop it is
I bartended at the Winter Garden during the MM run and it was the only part of the show I made a point of watching. She sang it FULL OUT, vocal cords be damned, at every performance.
