SINGKONG GORENG MEREKAH SPECIAL ALA ENNY TANGERANG!!!!

Singkong merekah
Ingredients :
cassava 1kg
water
garlic 4 cloves
coriander 1tbsp
salt
flavoring
How to cook :
peel the cassava and brush it with water, cut it like ±7cm, and then fried it
mix the garlic, coriander, water 50ml with blender and then put it on water 1L in another bowl (for drawning the fried cassava)
after the cassava mature, put it on the third step and drawning it
after the cassava absorbed the water, it looks different before drawned and then dry it
after dry it, fried it again
after mature, add topping as you like.
now you can serve it to your guests.
