Out of Norriego Point which I believe is still currently closed (been about 4 months since I last checked). They were building some kind of project over there and I don’t know if they’ll make it a public access again.
Thanks man! Norriego Point. You can back up, drop off the kayak in the sand, and drag it about 20 yards to the water. You have to pay to park by downloading the Passport parking app and inputting your info. They have signs in the parking area on how to pay for parking.
