This is the tune that sucked so many of us into UK garage. Like the water in a whirlpool of warmth, there was no going back! Coming through the London pirate radio speaker (Passion 91.8, Mission 90.6, Freek 101.8 etc) in the late 1990s, you fell in love with the tune and the scene FOREVER. If I go to heaven I hope this tune loops in eternity.
I am truly Blessed to have been part of this incredible time ...Clubbing between 1992 - 2002...UK garage. Nothing comes close to it. PURELOVECREW. I thank you my friend MC Creed (Chris) for that title. PURELOVECREW.
Yooooo. This Track is a Gift. Great times-1999. I was 7 first grade when my aunt played this record to me. She used to have a big carton box of records in her room, she was 19 fresh outta college in London and brought those new records. SO she turn ups the record and we listened first minute and around 1:20 you already know its a killer track. Hihat-bAss-brake-Rhodes the Voice. Very funky. I still got this record and all of her record gems that she left me before she passed away when she was 24. God bless her soul.
I done lost my frigging mind, started two stepping and sliding in my kitchen. These were the tunes of the 90’s garage music at its best UK represent boooooom Shaka lakah...
1997 was an epic year for Garage!!! Big up the Garage ravers that remember the Gass Club, Linford Studios, Bagleys, SW1 Club, Club Colosseum, Camden Palace, The Rocket. Good times!!
When i say ive been searchimg for th is tune for soooo long was in one studio in crystal palace where i think someone was mastering it nEver to hear it again
Adrenaline Village '96. If you know you know. It was a madness dem times. Absolute love. Lost in music. Mo posers just passionate Clubbers. The bass.... Nahhh not this version though. You'd hear two thumping bass lines jigging your ribs. To think that we used to go clubbing by the Battersea Power Station
💎Go back. Linford film studios ? First ever Exposure Ice fm grays inn. Mornings with the bad boy spliff shhhh lol. Ec1 club shadow gladiator the bouncer bunning the ting spliffs with the man dem ..
I also remember Shadow from Gladiators as a bouncer at EC1 Club in Farringdon. What a bouncer to have in your club. No nonsense. No drugs, caps or trainers.
Soulful 2 step garage at its finest I got this on DJ promo when it first came out on island records Has few crackles on the grooves on intro part today but plays super nice The tempo here was quite slow for 2 step garage record So as DJ you would always pitch this up to the max lol! Amazing record again , great chords What was interesting with Groove Chronicles sound You never knew what tempo it might be as DJ Stone cold the fine example 138 tempo But best garage ever
Used to love record shopping in London. Black Market, Uptown, Release The Groove, Planet Phat, Record Box, Wax City, Big Apple, Face The Music Records. Miss those days.

You have to have good speakers or be in the club to hear that low baseline.
