i just bought some left for the cabin dome lights but they don’t turn all the way off when i have it in the setting where they turn on when you open the doors, any help ?
@derektrejo5641 Woow thats strange! Huh… im not entirely sure. LEDs are kinda weird sometimes though i have an LED strip that turn on like 2 or 3 bulbs when i touch the wiring. (Really strange) my guess is the dome light housing you have might be the culprit. If remember correctly the function for DOOR ACTIVATION is controlled by a little brass arm maybe its kinda bent?? Id try replacing the bulb first though, then check the little switch as well. Mine is loose sometimes i cant differentiate between all the functions lol
@vanimalxiv i believe that is my cigarette lighter light that came with my JDM Center console din. I just moved it from pointing towards me to pointing towards the firewall. Im not quite sure if other models have this light, but ive seen the cigarette lighter plug and its not all that complicated to wire in..
Hey bro nice car keep uploading vids i enjoy watching ur vids man also i got a 93 civic Coupe my ac heater lights are not working u think probably could be the leds? Or short? Time ago were working but idk also do u know how to check codes on those ik theres like morse codes short, fast flashing but ik there adapters to obd2 to obd1 just wondering if those could work?
@elzacatecano5096 Nice Bro!! The coupes look dope too!👌 I actually had my ac lights stop workin outta nowhere a long time ago. I never really touch it since i dont have AC that i actually never noticed exactly when they went lol its a little annoying replacing them but its nothing to crazy just gotta remove the ac control unit…😅 as far as the codes what you can do is go to where the ECU is by the passenger footwell and look for a loose GREEN wire with a BLUE connector. My eg has 2 one with 3 prong slot and one with 2 prong slot. Bridge the 2 prong slot with a wire and then turn key to 1st or 2nd position (not sure which) and then you should get the “morse code” engine code…( your gunna have to look those up) we have OBD1 system in 92-95 civics, so we actually dont have adapters to plug in. 😔Hop onto HondaTech website and that should help with the codes. Hope that helps. 👍
@robotstampede the rear are stock DX seats, the front im not entirely sure. Either acura integra seats or si hatchback seats.. i havent been able to find out either😅
good and clear instructions, very nice
