Hello, I have the Mark 111 Fine fabric pistol Grip and the fastener is not going through the needle on both taggers I got. could you please let me know what could be the problem. The other Mark 111 as shown in the video is working just fine and happy with it. Thank you in advance

is there a way to remove the plastic from the tag without braking it

It depends on the tag and the plastic fastener. Assuming, the hole is large enough on the tag and the barb isn't a nylon barb that is heavy duty, you should be able to bend the T shaped end and pull the faster back through the hole.

Can this be used with the micro fasteners that are meant for basting guns?

No. "Fine" fasteners require a fine tagging gun. These guns take a standard fastener. The fine tagging guns have a smaller needle with a smaller actuator and diameter hole. If you need help finding one please feel free to call us for assistance. 800-537-3336
