What, it also screwed up the combo for him, it was a kill situation, good thing it didn't matter at the end

When the flame carpet vanishes it also makes the fireball go on cooldown. :/

It is most likely a bug. The cooldown for his fireball comes back the moment the flames are gone. Even when Perci is in a middle of a combo, which it lasts longer, didn't reset the cooldown. For some reason his command throw must have some weird interaction with his Ultimate fireball, causing the cooldown to reset after the flames vanish. Hopefully this is patched in a future update
