Ellarie, you should do castor oil compresses on your tummy. It really does work for pain and it is beneficial for fibroids, POS and many things. For me it's cultural. It's in my dna lol. But we use it for everything under the sun. Try it.
i bought a castor oil pack a few weeks ago! i havent used it because i feel like its gonna be uncomfortable to sleep with and i sweat at night but i need to get past that!

@Ellarie it's not uncomfortable. It's not tight. If you get hot, just keep your feet and shoulders from under the covers, lol. Just be consistent.
