- Taobat is a village in Sharda Tehsil in the Neelam Valley of Pakistan. It is located 200 kilometres (120 mi) from Muzaffarabad and 39 kilometres (24 mi) from Kel. It is the last station in Neelam valley. It is also the nearest location from where Neelam River enters Pakistani territory and becomes River Neelum. Taobat is accessible from Kel by unmetalled road
Arang Kel is a village and tourist spot in the Neelam valley of Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located on the hilltop above Kel at an altitude of 8,379 feet (2,554 m).
The village is accessible by a 2-kilometre (1.2 mi) trek from Kel. It can also be accessed by a kilometre-long chairlift administrated by the Local Government and Rural Development Department and supervised by Pakistan Army. To reach Kel, people usually enter the Neelam valley from Muzafarabad. After taking a ride from the chairlift you have to take an approximately 30 Minutes hike to the village.

سامان سے لدا ہوا ایک بحری جہاز محو سفر تھا کہ تیز ہواوں کی وجہ سے وہ الٹنے لگا۔ قریب تھا کہ جہاز ڈوب جاتا، اس میں موجود تاجروں نے کہا کہ بوجھ ہلکا کرنے کیلئے کچھ سامان سمندر برد کرتے ہیں ۔ تاجروں نے مشورہ کرکے طے کیا کہ سب سے زیادہ سامان جس کا ہو، وہی پھینک دیں گے۔ جہاز کا زیادہ تر لوڈ ایک ہی تاجر کا تھا۔ اس نے اعتراض کیا کہ صرف میرا سامان کیوں؟ سب کے مال میں سے تھوڑا تھوڑ پھینک دیتے ہیں ۔
انہوں نے زبردستی اس نئے تاجر کو سامان سمیت سمندر میں پھینک دیا۔ قدرت کی شان کہ سمندر کی موجیں اس کے ساتھ کھیلنے لگیں۔ اسے اپنی ہلاکت کا یقین ہوگیا،جب ہوش آیا تو کیا دیکھتا ہے کہ لہروں نے اسے ساحل پر پھینک دیا ہے۔ یہ ایک غیر آباد جزیرہ تھا۔ جان بچنے پر اس نے رب کا شکر ادا کیا۔ اپنی سانسیں بحال کیں. وہاں پڑی لکڑیوں کو جمع کرکے سر چھپانے کیلئے ایک جھونپڑی سی بنائی. اگلے روز اسے کچھ خرگوش بھی نظر آئے۔ ان کا شکار کرکے گزر بسر کرتا رہا۔ ایک دن ایسا ہوا کہ وہ کھانا پکا رہا تھا کہ اس کی جھونپڑی کو آگ لگ گئی۔ اس نے بہت کوشش کی، مگر آگ پر قابو نہ پا سکا۔اس نے زور سے پکارنا شروع کیا، تو نے مجھے سمندر میں پھینک دیا۔ میرا سارا سامان غرق ہوگیا۔ اب یہی جھونپڑی تھی میری کل کائنات، اسے بھی جلا کر راکھ کر دیا۔ اب میں کیا کروں؟ یہ شکوا کرکے وہ خالی پیٹ سو گیا۔ صبح جاگا تو عجیب منظر تھا۔ دیکھا کہ ایک کشتی ساحل پر لگی ہے اور ملاح اسے لینے آئے ہیں۔ اس نے ملاحوں سے پوچھا کہ تمہیں میرے بارے میں کیسے پتہ چلا؟ انہوں نے جو جواب دیا، اس سے تاجر حیران رہ گیا۔ ملاحوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں پتہ تھا کہ یہ جزیرہ غیر آباد ہے، لیکن دور سے دھواں اٹھتا ہوا نظر آیا تو سمجھے شاید کوئی یہاں پھنسا ہوا ہے، جسے بچانا چاہئے۔ اس لئے ہم تمہارے پاس آئے۔ پھر تاجر نے اپنے پورا قصہ سنایا تو ملاحوں نے یہ کہہ کر اسے مزید حیران کر دیا کہ جس جہاز سے تمہیں سمندر میں پھینکا گیا، وہ آگے جا کر غرق ہوگیا۔ یہ سن کر تاجر سجدے میں گر گیا، رب کا شکر ادا کرنے لگا اور کہا کہ پاک ہے وہ ذات جس نے مجھے بچانے کیلئے تاجروں کے ہاتھوں سمندر میں پھنکوایا۔ اپنے بندوں کے بارے میں وہی زیادہ جاننے والا ہے۔
حالات جتنے بھی سخت ہو جائیں، اللہ کی رحمت سے مایوس نہ ہوں۔ ہر حال میں اپنے رب پر بھروسہ رکھیئے۔
