Guys can anybody help.. If I am in contractual tutor post .... after 1st round counseling if I got selected...then do I have to compulsory resign and join ? Or I can continue till the end of the counseling and then resign??

You can join ....Resign seat if dnt like after joining within a time frame....Upto 1st round free exit then forfeited deposit if resign
