Thanks man!! the care you put in the process is how it should be done
Thank you 🙏 That's nice to hear. Cheers
Re the snorkel going on or coming off, a smear/squirt/shot of silicone lube/rubber grease etc where it slides into the housing and most importantly into the sliding catches, they are easy to get stuck and just as easy to break.
Great Job ! Saves me from a lot of unnessecary screwing ! Thank you !! from Germany
I have the same bike in Japan and thank you very much for the helpful clip you made. Thank
Your two vids are awesome.Totally helped me out to do the job w/o stress! Great work Fritz!
Great Video. keep em coming
I would have liked a close up view of all those connectors on the tank
you've been very good!! I noticed that you did not use the torque wrench, do you know the tightening of the tank?
Ehhhh.... Should probably use a torque wrench. Honestly thought I used one in the video...
wondering if there is a way to just flip up the tank for a partial exposure below?
Some commentor suggested not disconnecting it, which I think is possible. But the balancing act combined with the potential for scratches, frankly it’s just easier to disconnect it
My suggestion. Don't wear that belt and keychain when working on the bike. Because... Someday !
Great video though!
Lol noted!
So I don't own an RnineT but I am considering it. Is there a way to jump start the bike if you have a flat battery on the road or after the bike has sat for a while WITHOUT removing the tank at all?
The red lead at the base of the tank under the seat, allows you to connect a battery charger or jump leads
Yup, Steve provided the answer. Thanks Steve!
I would but, Unfortunately, I sold my bike for another bike... I miss my old bike but I love my new bike.
