I've seen perhaps a dozen different "experts" showing their WC GW3 teams, not ONE of them had Mbeumo (or Wissa) and I think they're misguided, and have lost respect for them for not including any Brentford players. Well done for this WC team ;-)
I don’t claim to be an expert but Mbeumo isn’t that popular because of the Gameweek 4 fixture. There are also many midfielders to choose from - I wouldn’t even discard Eze just yet.
So for a wildcard now, what if you go Haaland, Muniz, and Joao Pedro...use that extra money for something else. Also another idea is to go Haaland/Jota/Diaz/Palmer/Saka/Gibbs-White. I believe that Jota/Diaz can cover Salah...what do you guys think of this? I'd like to hear some opinions. I believe that once UCL rolls around it could be a slight problem (especially if Chiesa comes in) but I'm still pretty certain that both Jota/Diaz will cover for Salah. The money made available for Saka/Palmer will just be more points in total than owning Haaland/Salah. ** when the UCL rolls around, if a double up on liverpool midfield gets too much, you just drop either Diaz or Jota for Mbeumo.
fixtures are everything... so not having 2 or 3 AVL def/gk is boinkers for me. I went WC and took both Haaland/Salah but tinkering about Salah as I have Jota.. also Palmer/Madueke/SmithR attack is Wood/Joao
Aston Villa are much better offensively than defensively. I would rather double up on the attack with two of Bailey/Rogers/Watkins and buy one Aston Villa defender (or Martínez in goal).
Hi FPL Dylan - A great wildcard team - Can I ask you who you would prefer, Haaland, Joao Pedro & Rogers/Semenyo OR Watkins, Havertz & De Bruyune? - I also have Salah, Palmer and one premium defender!
I prefer Watkins, Havertz and De Bruyne. My issue with the Belgian is his injury record and how extensively his minutes are managed even when he's available.
Hi Dylan, your wildcard is very similar to mine. Ik u haven’t actually wildcarded btw I would just appreciate some help with mine. I went with Watkins and Gabriel over Trent and Havertz. Out of curiosity why have u chosen Trent and Havertz? In my draft I have covered Gabriel in gw 4 and 5 with Dunk. Also I went with Eze instead of smith Rowe and downgraded Porro to Konsa. Having to play 2 of Smith Rowe, Rogers and Joao Pedro every week seems extremely unreliable especially when wildcarding so early. When ESR and Aston Villa fixtures turn it’s gonna require a lot of transfers to re shape the team. On a separate note, is Lewis worth the punt on a wildcard do you think? I just don’t know if it’s worth it given he’s not nailed.
Both duos are excellent but I believe Alexander-Arnold is the best defender until November. I also went for a balanced attack with Havertz and Rogers covering Arsenal and Aston Villa. By no means do I think Rogers will outscore Watkins or that he can fully cover his points every Gameweek. Rico Lewis is an extremely risky pick. I'm just not a fan of most £4.5m defenders because of the fixtures and a lack of information. I also wanted to avoid a defensive double up for now.
Of course there is but it's a question of timing. Pau Torres, Konsa, Andersen, Mazraoui, Dunk and Konate would be several alternatives at a similar price.
Spurs have conceded 10 goals in their last two visits to St James Park which I highlighted in this video. Porro would start virtually every week after the North London Derby.

Had mbeumo since gw 1 now wildcarding gw4 then bringing mbeumo back gw7
Amazing video yet again. You definitely should have more subscribers!!!!
Thank you
I’ll tell you what this is a brilliant wc draft
Cheers, there could be an updated version tomorrow
I use wildcard & prefer the same team as you, more or less (only prefer Van De Ven than Pedro Porro). Wish me luck !

Those are interesting suggestions and some of those players will be covered in future Wildcard videos.
@@FPLDylan Liverpool fixtures are too good. Have to have their attack covered.
@@FPLDylan Mbeumo ;) hahaha

Steele, TAA, gvardiol, mazroui, robinson, faes
salah, saka, palmer, madison, ESR
watkins, joao pedro
Verbruggen has returned so be careful with Steele in the long-term.
Great analysis
Thank you

@@SimonWitham nobody seems to love kdb these days I haven’t seen him in any draft. If he plays regularly he is as good as anybody

Best transfer? £1m itb
Henderson to Martinez, Henderson to Sanchez, or Munoz to Robertson
Muñoz ➡️ Robertson
The only difference between this team and mine is having salah, madueke, joao pedro, and jebbison instead of jota, mbeumo, welbeck and havertz😂
Is there other options for Rico Lewis?

I wont wildcard. I have 2 free transfers and my idea to to bring in palmer and mbuemo what do u think
It depends on who you’re transferring out but I recommend Palmer and Mbeumo.
Why bench porro surely he should play over lewis?
