I understand you're contacting producers? You'd still be reviewing, but in this case you'd be reviewing their beats instead
Do you create the review for the artitst before ever talking to them or asking them to do a review?
Only once they've got back - otherwise you'll be making a bunch of reviews that don't go anywhere:)

Interesting I was thinking about doing the exact same but as UA-cam videos, find a Rapper or singer and review them, and show some commonality between the production they are using and My own, prehaps using a app to take the lyrics off of one of there uploads and then put it over My production. However this could be seen as copyright infringement even though technically it's just a remix, but DMs and not being public with it would probably be better.

My previous question was more about how to actually find them in the first place, like where did you find KingCyborg, and others like them?Finding paying clients within the genre you’re good at is what I’d love to know more about. Only videos I’ve seen are pretty vague, where do I look?
The personalised video audit is a great idea though, will 100% be trying it out when I do find more artists.

Was wondering if leaving a comment on UA-cam and Instagram would be a good start then going into sending them a music video review message on instagram would be a good sequence of events! Glad it was helpful! Go straight in for the kill. You'll spend too much time writing comments (that they'll likely not see, or just forget). Trust me when I say going straight into the DM offering a review is the best compliment you can give :)
