I love how clearly you speak through the slow motion bits. It all makes sense.

This was the perfect challenge for me at this point in my poi journey: It took me a few days, but the snake-turn itself feels like a bonus trick that I'm going to be using a lot. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the tutorial, just learned it! I like that you 've gone straight to the more complicated tricks, instead of feeling you have to cover all the basic ones first. Nothing against people that do, but there are _so_ _many_ beginner-tutorial videos out there, and I'm glad that these ones are for post-beginners instead

Yeah, I figure I'd rather fill in some gaps although I do feel like there can never be too many tutorials for any given move as each teacher adds a new insight/method to learning.

    Great video, nice break down.
Depending on your preferred direction, using "right hand always under" might be wrong. If it's not working for you, then it's likely your preferred direction is opposite to Liz. If so, think FORWARDS spinning hands goes under, BACKWARDS hand over.
    Happy spinning.

once you're crossed, you can also exist to the other side by going into a tangled butterfly, a.k.a butterflap, which has a really weird and cool feeling to it. after opening the butterflap on the other side (facing the other direction) you can go back to CAPs
