Just subscribed. I find it so hard to buy unusual cutters here such as nursing, face mask or Grinch cutters I will try this with a scalpel blade. I wish my royal icing consistencies was exactly like yours. 💞👏🏼👏🏼
Hey! I love your videos, I just got the Corosi per your recommendation. Almost got the one with the removable door, so glad i didn't, like you said, one less thing to get in the way! I absolutely love my cosori and im in Sacramento area too and find i have to use mine for longer than you said you do yours, but its saved me so much time! I figured out how to do this hand cut method early on, as I was getting orders for things I didn't have a cutter for! At first I didn't coat the paper with tape, but once I figured out that doing that would make it reusable, I was soo excited 😅 And I always roll and handcut my dough on parchment.

They are 8mm, just shy of 3/8, but puff up to that because of baking powder :)
Approximately how tall and wide would you make a cut out for the standard size cookie
