We as people deserve eternal death because we've all sinned against a Holy God for the Bible says For All falls short of the glory of God and the wages of Sin is death…
But God is rich in mercy and Love, the Bible says He absolutely finds no pleasure in anyone dying in their sins
He made a way to save people from eternal death & satisfy His Judgement simultaneously
1. Jesus who is God came to earth and lived a perfect life,
2. Died on the cross
3. And was Resurrected to back to Life 3 days later from the grave
So in short. JESUS paid our fine for us, by sacrificing His life for us
by taking the very punishment that you and I deserve which is death and Hell, even though we were guilty of committing crimes against God, are fine was paid for.
because of Jesus' Life, Death, and resurrection, & He offers His life for you and everyone else who ever lived, as a Gift
You accept his offer by repenting of your sins which means you changed your mind about your sinfulness which coincides the moment you place your faith in Jesus
The Bible says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.""
For it is by grace that you're saved, through faith, and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.
Which means that you don't get to heaven based on the good you've done in your life. But only by believing in Jesus, since He is the Way, the Truth, and The Life, the only way to the Father is through Him.
For the Bible says those who placed their faith in Jesus that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life."
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
That's why He sent his Son for God so loved the World that he gave His One & Only Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life

What would "being delivered" mean for him?
He would live in celibacy, not ever have the chance to find a loving permanent partner or even raise kids, as now many responsable same sex couples do.
He would stick to a subjective truth of a book and a god, that was invented 5000 years ago.
Doesnt sound like a ethic alternative to his current life.

- The WHO, World Health Organization, stated clearly, that homosexuality not a disease or disorder, but a healthy natural sexual orientation.
- It is most likely also innate, as the opposite sex is never sexual attractive to people born homosexual.
- Evolution scientists stated in several publications, that homosexuality exists since sexuality exists, since 385 million years.
- They also stated, that having homosexual members in the own tribe, gives several evolutionary advantages, which explains the permanent share of 4-10% homosexuals of the population.

I struggle with homosexuality.
I always will.
I pick up my cross and don't engage in this activity anymore.
Keep at it bc he will deliver you from that sin, completely. I struggled with pornography for 20 years; I quit in between but kept going back to it. I think- for me- what really changed all that was isolation with God’s word (very convenient during the pandemic). I got delivered completely from it back in 2021. It is heartbreaking to know how much time was wasted but the Lord can redeem it all.
My advise: read his word, watch a sermon-daily- and journal (be quiet when pray too). Keep asking for the things to be delivered. There’s a saying that the brain can be rebooted after 45-60 days. Sometimes, it may mean more but each person is different.
Just absorb in him and the time will come. I also did the 10 day Daniel fast: eating 2-3 meals a day while praying in between just to hear him.
…May the Lord bless you. Don’t fret bc the Lord is near you…even when you don’t feel it, at times. He CAN and WILL turn your desire from homosexuality to being heterosexual; Or…he may just make you celibate and single for a long season. Either way, keep practicing your faith.
…So let it be written; so let it be done. Amen.

I use to be a lesbian till I read the Bible from front to back. I tried really hard to make the scriptures say that being lesbian is okay. At the end of the day… I can read and comprehend what it was saying. It’s pretty clear and He mentioned it in old as well as New Testament. It says what it says. Now you have to make a choice. I ain’t bout to go to hell over sex from from my same sex. Lesbianism isn’t that important to me. This earth is very temporary. Life after death never ends.

We humans exist since 300k years and we have millions of religious human testimonies from 100k years ago on from hunting gods, fertility gods, venus gods, pantheons of hundreds of gods, etc but not a single testimony of a "one and only god" yahwe or Adam and Eve.
How come that this god, that is supposed to have created us at the beginning, is first mentioned only 3500-5000 years ago?

The reason the Bible is only a few thousand years old is because the Earth is only a few thousand years old. The manuscripts for the "testimonies from 100k years ago" are not well documented. The manuscript evidence for the bible is rock-solid.
My specific grievance against the validity of ancient texts is rooted in my mistrust in the radio-carbon-dating process.

Well correct is that archaeologysts are very active lately: they are digging out for example a human settlement with a pagan temple dated on 12,000 years of age with a fertility cult room full of stone penises in Turkey. I think people think of the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is." The Gospel really is short and sweet, but so many people are blinded.

do you sin? I don't know what water you were washed in but you just have to sin once to be a sinner. Wash yourself of the knowledge of Good and Evil with the renewing of your mind and the cleansing of your conscience then you'll be clean and reconciled with the father. Choose a name for yourself you can be born again. You can be made whole with a holy spirit instead of divided against yourself working the iniquity found within.

You're right: many people are trusting in a works based/merit based salvation instead of a grace based salvation. "For by grace you have been saved through faith... not a result of works" (Ephesians 2:8,9).

This was a really good encounter. The person seemed very respectful and it’s refreshing to see someone open to listening instead of being combative which this person was not.
This respectful lgtb people made me believe that there are still good people in this world that no matter what their sins are they just need to be talked to.. Jesus said he didn't come for the righteous, he came for the sinners to repentance, god still listens to you
People do sin, Christians or not but hopefully they recognize their sins and ask for forgiveness. If you do not recognize your sins, how can you be forgiven? If you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, then you will be convicted of gay behavior whether you admit it or not. We all know the bible condemns homosexuality, its up to you whether or not you hand those perverted desires over to Jesus and ask Him to make you the person He created you to be. I was bisexual for many years and was always attracted to Men and Women, but once I asked God to take the lust for men out of my heart I can no longer even look at a man sexually without getting sick to my stomach.

In TRULY walking with Jesus, everything that God says is unholy and unrighteous will become uncomfortable and might even become detestable to you. The will be something (the Holy Spirit) that will be telling you "this is wrong", "don't do that", "don't say that" etc etc

This person was very respectful, I'm sure he took a dark route in life cause the devil convinced him, but God still has a hold on him I see, he was listening. Sinners that listen still have a chance.

No, you can't be a gay "Christian," since God does not allow them into Heaven (1 Corinthians 6:9). No sin enters Heaven. What is the point of Jesus dying for our sins in order for us to be forgiven of those sins, if a person can keep living in them and still go to Heaven?
The Greek words used by Paul in 1 Corinthians 6:9 and 1 Timothy 1:10 (malakoi and arsenokoitai) may have referred to certain forms of same-sex behavior, but most likely exploitative forms. In order to be faithful to Scripture, we must recognize a distinction between the same-sex behavior the Bible condemns and the desires of LGBTQ Christians for love, companionship, and family today.

We all have and will have temptations with lust. Some homosexual lust and some heterosexual lust. The important thing is not to give into the temptation. You can be gay and be a Christian as long as you don’t act on it.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say a gay person must become straight it just says to repent and turn away from sin and be born again in Christ not be born again and become straight. God doesn’t want anyone to engage in any sexual activity unless it’s between one man and one woman in a marriage.

I don’t think so. The Bible is clear. Jesus said to pick up our crosses and to follow Him.
I feel blessed because compared to others, my burdens aren’t so heavy. Don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of the same temptations as anyone else but there’s no added weight other than what I add. I was never abused as a kid but I chose to be an alcoholic; for example.
I think that’s why fellowship is so important. Those that have lighter burdens, but have the strength to carry more, can help lighten the load of those that are being crushed.
I don’t know what “lightening the burden of a homosexual” with fellowship looks like in practice but the “you’re going to burn forever, sinner” seems to push more people away. Definitely not saying to affirm or any other “new age” whatever.

That's because we cannot water down the message the message of the Gospel has never changed and neither has the historical events no matter which translation we cannot and will not water down the truth there's no way God will hold us accountable by telling them the truth as long as you're being respectful then yes you are given it to him with love but we're not going to just give him love and and you know tell them something that's not true we're going to tell them about we're going to warn them about what's going to happen we have to be honest with him and that means brutally honest about their coming death if they don't get saved

Depending on the definition of gay I mean they kinda can? If the definition ends at "attraction to the same sex" it's certainly possible and it becomes something the individual needs to fight against. We all have our demons we battle against until we either conquer it, the Lord heals us of it, or the Lord calls us home. Now a "practicing" homosexual, that's kinda different....

@@ddrse I would if it is God's Inspired Word, written by 40 different men on different continents in different languages over a 1600 year period, all in one unique theme... Hundreds and hundreds of prophecies concerning Christ that came to fruition... Daniels prophecy concerning the kingdoms of Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greek, & Roman... hundreds of years before they even existed and it all came to fruition... Yeah, I would definitely change. There is nothing gay about being a homosexual
Heres the thing and correct me if im wrong:
1. By "gay" do you mean the sexual PREFERENCE of the person is "same sex", or the PRACTICE of homosexual activities. If the ladder, I agree, if the former, i'm not so sure.. We are ALL tempted, whether we are straight, gay, heck...even celibate/asexual..
2. Sin itself separates us from God so if a person did ANYTHING (well except blasphemy again the Holy Spirit and taking the mark of the beast) they can repent of it.. including homosexual activities... We ALL must repent of our sins and trust Jesus Christ then He can heal us...
If being gay was an automatic hell sentence, then they would be reprobate minds from the moment they "figured it out".... They TOO have an opportunity to repent..
@@RyanREAX All have the opportunity to repent. Doesn't mean that we won't struggle sometimes. I was a porn addict for most of my life. Since I was around 6. Was an alcoholic in my late teens into mid 20's. In my 30's I still struggled with porn. In my late thirties the struggled lessened. In my early 40's the temptation was still lingering. Now in my late 40's the temptation is there but much easier to suppress. I had to put boundaries in place along with prayer and continuing to seek after God's righteousness. It is the power of the Holy Spirit that keeps me because I certainly do not have what it takes to do this on my own.

@@pastorbriThat's nullification. Christians are not "homophobic". We just disagree on what's best for homosexuals who often forget that some of us were them until we were redeemed by Christ. Practitioners of homosexuality don't need affirmed as they walk off the spiritual cliff into hell, they need Jesus just like we do. Remember, the increase of God's government is never-ending.

The Gay guy should ask the preachers if adulterers (heterosexual) can be Christian? Remember, Jesus said if you sin even in your mind...that defines you. And of course, we assume that the 2 preachers have never committed "adultery", right?
