I’m glad that you fed him eventually ! He’s so scared & needs to be looked after in a smaller environment, where he can be kept safe & where he can learn to trust. Needs plenty of access to clean water as well. Nice to see him feeding from your hands. ❤

Wow. What an adorable lil guy. It does take time for abused cats like him to trust humans again. I had a beautiful tabby cat like him show up years ago at my house. She was blind in one eye and just recovered from a broken pelvis. Looks like somebody kicked her as a kitten. We’d have to put food at the end of our driveway before she’d eat. Eventually we’d move it closer to the front door. And then we could touch her and then she became the best house cat ever. So sweet and loveable. Even had a dog for a friend. She psssed away some years back of old age. But she was so sweet and precious til the end. Rip tigger. My cat I just talked about
So this lady herself put the kitten into the box and then pretended to rescue it..kitten being so afraid of her kept running away from her..i suggest u all to report this video so these people stop putting poor animals to this kinda misery

Well over a year after it was posted I came across this video. Personally it is VERY upsetting and appears to be an attempt to garner donations and up-votes by the poster and nothing more.
1 - Why record record when you're opening the box with one hand? That isn't normal. What IS normal is to open the box FIRST, and then see to the kitten's needs immediately.
2 - At the 1:50 mark the kitten was harassed in the poster's back yard or garden. I surmise the kitten is terrified of this person and wants to get away from them., but they're only intent on making a recording.
3 - At 3:28 the poster is holding the kitten like it is a specimen, i.e. squeezing it tight as if they detest the kitten. No love, no caring, and the kitten is even more terrified because the poster doesn't know how to hold a kitten and express caring. Frankly I'm very angry with this behavior from the poster.
4 - You don't feed anyone - cats, humans or any species - a lot of solid food when they are starving, because they will most likely vomit it back up soon afterwards. It's likely that this kitten did just that. By the way, cats do not meow while they're eating. That audio was dubbed over the recording.
5 - At 4:15 during eating the kitten makes off due to being terrified by the 'owner', and once again is harassed by the person with the camera. How about switching off and seeing to the kitten's needs?
6 - At 6:12 the poor kitten is once gain being held/paraded in an unfriendly, poorly experienced manner, and looks terrified.
7 - 6:21 to the end. More chicken that would likely be vomited later, and a box that looked no better than the one that the kitten was held in captivity for 2 to 4 days by my reckoning.
8 - In summary, this video clearly show the contempt that the poster/owner has/had for this kitten, and should not be supported with donations, but reported to SPCA.

I got a 2yr old tabby free from an ad in the newspaper way back in 1999. She was abused by the 8 year old in the house. When i took her home it took almost 3 days to come out from behind the washer and dryer. After that we were best pals for 14 years until she passed away. I miss my friend

I swear, there are some videos MADE out of sick selfishness just to have a "good youtube video". Not sure this is one of them but I feel for this cat as there is an off setting feeling about it. People will do cruel things to get recognition sometimes.

Awww, poor little kitty broke my heart crying for his mama and so terrified. Just took off running to ... who knows where? Just so scared. The cruelty of the person to place a kitten in a shoebox with a plastic bag. I'm guessing the kitten escaped from the bag. Bless his little heart. He's in really good hands now. Needs some tender loving care, water, food and rest. Then he can be introduced to the others. So glad you found him and saved him from that death trap. He is lucky you found him. It looks like you are already gaining his trust. I can't imagine what could be wrong with someone to not only not want this cute kitten, but to seal him into a box and abandon him. Kitty is lucky to have found you.

I'm so glad you rescued the kitten. But why let it run around in that yard frantic & scared. It was as if he was still being tortured. He was trying to escape & feel safe because he's still not sure he's out of danger. Why NOT reduce the time of his suffering. Scoop him up, wrap him a towel, hold him nice and snug, pet him, WASH him, dry him, wrap him back up in the towel, hold him snug some more. Get him good and dry. Talk to him reassure him that he's safe. Give him food. Give him water. Hold him and handle him. It was frustrating to watch him running around scared.
@@richardlstern9840 I have rescued a few kittens & cats. Neutered & released. The quickest way that I found to calm & tame feral kittens is just by wrapping them in a towel & carrying & holding them for a few hours.
The original poster had zero idea how to take care of a kitten, and makes me very suspicious.

I'm glad you saved the little kitten, but why would you open the box on an open area, and keep it open, encouraging the little one to bolt, increasing his terror? The box had holes in the top, in the future, please open it in a confined space where he can feel safe. And don't forget to provide water.

Я ждала, что малышу дадут попить, поесть, но важней было снимать его на телефон, и только потом предложить еду. 😕Котёнок в шоке, у него стресс (ротик открыт). Его надо показать ветеринарам, поставить капельницу от обезвоживания. И между прочим - воды ему так и не дали! 😡

Thank you bro I wouldn't know who the hell could of left that kitten in a small box, poor kitten you can see the kitten shaking too much and being extremely frightened, it seems like there was poop in the box besides the kitten due to it being terrified after being put in that box. Clearly not a human being, the person who did that is already regertting their whole life.
Yes thankfully I found him it was very hot weather specially for a kitten now he is relax at the moment happy with snowy don't trust me but like snowy he will b fine in few days but till then I have to keep eye on him because he can escape

Set food out and step back a few feet then let him eat. Eventually he will trust you when realizes you won’t hurt him. It takes time
