Hi rdr. U drill straight inside the 2 exhaust pipes (= @ the end of the exhaust). I also bought a spare exhaust 2 drill coz in Belgium it's not allowed 2 have crazy decibels on the road nor @ the technical control. But on the road, I don't mind. Catch me if u can, Mr policeman 🤙😂😉!
Don't do it bro, I bought my FZ6 with drilled exhaust, it sounded like crap, it's not good for the engine and the worst part is, at 3000-3500 rpm it had a very annoying frequency. My head was buzzing from it, and it was always a problem in urban areas. Buy some decent exhausts, don't be cheap.
@gabor72 tbh I wouldn't have minded sound but I do know what u mean like currently I haven't drilled but I can definitely hear a difference cause I've been making her bang alot, so I think the Db killer is parsually blown. But yeah still getting same power just loving and really hating the stock exhaust.
@@gabor72 lmaooo same here! I drilled mine and it sounded okay and not really too loud but it had a REALLY bad noise at 5-6k. Sold that muffler to someone who knew how to weld and said he will experiment with it..
