So I did this and saw two babies but first was a girl. A month or more after I was pregnant with an baby girl and about to have her Monday. These baby spirit meditations work.
That’s totally normal! Spirit babies operate at a higher frequency and if our body has a bit of fear, doubt, or anticipation it can show up through similar things to what you experienced because our body is like “woah, a lot is going on!”. I’d recommend being really present with your breathing and intending to let go of any resistance 😊

I've been meditating for two months, am on a TTC healing journey for one month (have been TTC for almost two years) but I didn't feel ready to do this, and I probably am not. It doesn't mean it isn't real. Completely as an aside, I want to go into other things like finding my fylgja, but I don't think I'm ready yet and wouldn't trust what I see. Some things just take time, and especially spiritual things can't be rushed into. 🙂 I feel like a completely different person since I started meditating and changed my mindset around TTC. 💜
