Rhomboids are not weak in the abduction syndrome. It's a motor control impairment.
if i cant retract my shoulder blade on bench press is it because my shoulder is too elevated?

Also for the excessive internal rotation couldn't it be because of weak infraspinatus and teres minor?
How can I strecth the pectoralis minor?
So what do i do about htat ?
Who or what kinda Doc puts scapula back in place correctly??
