Hi Tony, I really enjoy your videos! Technically brilliant and very informative! I’ve nicknamed you the ‘Thinker.’ You made it look easy putting away those cables although it wasn’t easy for you in this video. Your attention to detail is superb! See you on the next one! 👍⚡️
Not to spoil you, but they could of chucked up some propper temp lights up for you. Are you by any chance one of the hartlepool lads? We had a gang of em pulling cables with us a few years ago.
I know your Dad from down in Pompey on the Oman boats.Small world....I remember seeing him before I knew him...A job at Colnebrook next to my lay down area for T5 Heathrow. lmfao I presume he's your dad anyhow or another Skilly.
@@jointechcabling9103 I only remember the sound fellas. He probably won’t remember my name. But I was little sparks doing all the metal munching on the boats. Then CBL Imtech doing the G and T. I pretty much worked for each contractor 2 times over moving with the money an most hours. 👍
Thanks bud👍🏻👍🏻 I work on a price per end of each cable. The bigger the cable the higher the price. I like working this way because it gives me alot of freedom.
Hey man your the best
My family loves your videos .
from california
Thanks god bless
Whaaaaaaat!!! That's crazy! Thank you so much for watching. Sorry for the late reply. Hope you're all good👍🏻
You're an artist. Much respect!

What can I say to this!! Thank you very much👍🏻👍🏻
Brilliant work, God knows how you manipulate those heavy cables in such a confined space, especially by your self.
Thanks very much mate. There's little tricks to getting them where you want them. 👍🏻
I’m a domestic gas engineer, god knows how I got onto this channel but it is quality (thinks me ended up in the wrong trade)🤦🏻♂️😂
Hahahahaha I'm glad you did👍🏻. I used to watch a bloke in Tennessee sawing trees into planks and stuff!! It's strange what you watch on here😂😂😂
Great content as always. Commonly you can have 3:1 or 2:1 heat shrink shrink ratios
Thank you pal.
Aaahhh got you, I'll remember that, cheers👍🏻
Top video cheers for sharing 👍🏻
Cheers pal👍🏻
Nice work Tony ..there is not a lot of give in those 240mm cables 😯😯
Could do with a bit more lighting down there 👍👍
Yeah they're a bit stiff. I very rarely get well lit areas to work in. I eat a lot of carrots😂😂
Gold Sharpies are also good for marking black cable
And they'd look fancy too! I think I've got one somewhere 👍🏻
Your dad taught you well and you embrace physics
Not to spoil you, but they could of chucked up some propper temp lights up for you.

Seldom do we get such luxuries!!
I'm from Hartlepool originally but I live in Norfolk now.

He was in Portsmouth for ages on those boats. He then went on to Plymouth. He's retired now. He packed in when he was 68/9 the greedy sod.

Another good video nice one. Do you put a price in for this kind of work or is it a rate for a certain cable type and size? Cheers
Thanks bud👍🏻👍🏻

Tony , how you get the inner sheath off so easy inside the panel ? The cable we’ve had lately has been a real pain in the arse to remove
I can only assume that I've been really lucky. I have had cables in the past that have been a pain though. You have to persevere unfortunately 😂😂😂
Get some Milwaukee marker pens miles better than sharpies lids stay on and they last loads longer
I bloody will do. Thanks for the suggestion 👍🏻
@@jointechcabling9103 no probs. doing a grand job enjoying your uploads keep up the good work
Good work do u fly lead earth the banjos inside the panels
thanks mate. I don't personally, I think it's a complete waste of time. some companies ask for it but I will charge for them.
@@jointechcabling9103 why because the causing of the panel being earthed ?
Whats the tool you are using for the cutting of the PVC when you cut around the cable?
it's an exhaust cutter mate. I bought it from euro car parts years ago. One of the best tools I own.
Nice joob 🖐👍
👍🏻
