C++ Basics: Install Visual Studio Code & MINGW Compiler

- It is quite the hassle to set up a new Project in C++ in Visual Studio Code. It requires steps from downloading Visual Studio Code, Installing it, and then downloading a Compiler and then installing it and then making it an environment variable and then setting up some weird stuff in Visual Studio Code, including the installation of the C++ Extension.
Visual Studio Code යනු C++ හි පමණක් නොව ඕනෑම ක්‍රමලේඛන භාෂාවකින්ද වැඩසටහන්ගත කිරීම සඳහා භාවිතා කරන වඩාත් ජනප්‍රිය කේත සංස්කාරකයකි. මෙය ක්‍රමලේඛන භාෂාව සඳහා නිශ්චිතව දක්වා ඇති මෙවලමකට වඩා සාමාන්‍ය කේත සංස්කාරකයක් බවට පත් කර ඇත. එබැවින්, ඔබ නව භාෂාවකින් ආරම්භ කරන විට Visual Studio Code නිසි ලෙස සැකසීම තරමක් වෙහෙසකර කාර්යයක් වී තිබේ.

MinGW download කරගන්නේ කොහොමද දීලා තියන link එකට ගියාට download කරගන්න බෑනේ minGW get setup එකක් පෙන්නනෙ search කලාම
