Very helpful video! Thank you for putting it together. I'm currently in the design and building phases of putting together a pack station for our tiny start up farm. I love your tote table with the inserts. That's so smart!

That's great. Make sure your setup is modular and movable so you can find yhe best configuration for your farm

Hey Keith. Like your content. Here is an idea to drain your sinks very fast. Take a stick and rotate it fast around the drain creating a world pool. This will allow air into the center of the drain. Hope it helps. Gene

Yeah I’d like to see your washer to spinner conversion. I’m getting ready to build one and would like to see your conversion.

Hello Keith - love the video and the information in it. I am building out my wash\pack area this winter and have made tons of notes from your info - Thanks again. 2 questions - On average how long do you spin the lettuce and how long do you leave it under the drying fans. I do realize temp\humidity and time of year play a role but looking for some generic averages to start with. Thanks again!

We do a Live Q&A 3rd Thursday each month at 5pm central. But i spin the least amount my timer let me. The fan and drying screen is the most important

Keith - Nice set up got me thinking as I am looking to set up my wash pack area as I upgrade. One question - where do you get you produce bags and are they vented for greens?

      ULINE gusseted, non vented bags

I saw a lot of people putting totes on blocks next to tables and though there had to be a better way.
