Can you imagine Nicki's reaction when she got the call that Country Artist Taylor Swift asked a radio station in an interview to play an unreleased album cut from Nicki's album because she was 'obsessed with it'. That Taylor rapped Nicki's lyrics on air, and they played the song! It shot up the charts! It wasn't a single, it was an album cut! I'm sure someone at the lable said 'shit!!! we have got to put this out as a single QUICK!!'

I don't want to sound biased because I'm a Taylor fan but I think Taylor just didn't think before she tweeted and saw Nicki's tweet referring to videos that celebrate women with slim bodies and assumed it was a dig at her.
Bad Blood has women with slim bodies in so Taylor has seen that and assumed it was aimed at her without looking into the whole context of what Nikki was actually talking about. I don't think Taylor intentionally did anything malicious or nasty.
No reason to make Taylor out like she's a horrible human being. She was confused and being dumb in the moment.
