H-2B visa ka upyog temporary non-agricultural workers ke liye hota hai, jismein hotel ya motel ke employees bhi shaamil hote hain, agar unhein kisi temporary basis par hire kiya gaya hai aur unke liye koi specific job offer hai.
Yadi aapke relative ke paas motel ya hotel hai aur ve aapko temporary basis par hire karna chahte hain, to unhein H-2B visa ke liye application submit karna hoga. Ismein kuch pramukh kadam hain:
Labour Certification: Sabse pehle, aapke relative ko US Department of Labor (DOL) se labour certification prapt karna hoga. Ismein unhein dikhana hoga ki koi local worker ya citizen available nahi hai jo unki requirements ko pura kar sake, aur unhein bahar se worker hire karne ki zarurat hai.
USCIS Application: Labour certification milne ke baad, aapke relative ko United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) ke paas H-2B visa ke liye petition submit karna hoga. Is petition mein unhein aapki job offer ke saare details aur aapki qualifications provide karni hogi.
Visa Application Process: Agar aapka petition approve hota hai, tab aapko apne desh ke nearest US embassy ya consulate mein jaakar H-2B visa ke liye apply karna hoga. Ismein aapko visa interview dena hoga aur required documents submit karne honge.
Travel to the USA: Visa milne ke baad, aap USA travel kar sakte hain aur temporary basis par apne relative ke motel ya hotel mein kaam kar sakte hain.
Yeh poori prakriya kuch samay aur documentation ke saath judi hoti hai, aur ismein aapko legal formalities ka dhyan rakhna hoga. Yadi aapko kisi vishesh consultation ki zarurat hai, to ek authorized immigration attorney se sampark karna uchit hoga.
