The OEM Backcover I ordered does not have the plastic thing to slide in the buttons. When you put in the buttons they do not stay in place. What can I do??

You can use some B-7000 glue. Our oem back covers do have rubber on the back side of buttons.

Where should I put the glue?

Put little glue at the back side of buttons and wait for it to dry up. No too much glue.

39 ℃ is not a high temperature for a smartphone. Sometimes the motherboard will reaches higher than 45.
