Older characters are always better. So I'm gonna stick with Wang cause I main him since Tekken 5. Besides Wang Jinrei has one thing Leroy doesn't: Parrying with only ONE HAND ✋️
Also Jinrei is wonderfully animated and sized properly. I can understand and appreciate every single move and animation. Fahkumram is just a massive blur, every move looks the same as the last, and he is like a mugen character, out of place with how large and disproportionate he is.

@Angry asf Man That ending isn't canon. The story mode in Tekken 6 is the Scenario Campaign and that is what is canon. Jin was the only character to face and defeat Azazel. Wang and Baek never faced Azazel. Even Steve's ending has Paul and Law blow up in an explosion. The character endings in Tekken 6 are "what if" endings if another specific character would have won the tournament.
Wang is such an underrated character, there is quite some depth to his gameplan, not like the new breed of characters we get nowadays. Hope to see him in tekken 8 but this must be pretty damn close to what we would get if he was included as a dlc in tekken 7. Great job as always!

you really cant be serious with whatever's going on in the tekken lore. Regardless whether they're dead or not, people still find a way to shoehorn a (returning) character to game like jun, ogre and kazumi.

Wang Jinrei seems to combine moves from various martial arts. I've noticed some Wing Chun stances in the close-ups but during the fighting, I think he's using a mix of moves from Tai Chi Chuan and Xing Yi Quan. Thoughts, anyone?

He is not dead. Bamco decides all this. He could easily be resurrected. Hope he returns in Tekken 8.
