Emeride was once a peaceful country with a powerful mining trade. Ships from all over the world gathered in its docks. Once the new king was crowned it all fell apart. He got greedy and the scariest thing is when the king becomes greedy. Peasant woman and children were taken from their homes, forced into mines and made to clean and sort the ores while the men were whipped and chained, made to mine the ores all through the day and night. The king wanted more money- more power. This is a story idea I came up with from reading yours🙋
something else, a different story idea i thought of now, breaking the crystal ball leads to the 5th force being unleashed on the planet, this being magic - crystals are the main base of the magic, anyone who wants to do something with there magic can, kind of like the Force but everyone can use it as long as its not being abused - oh and book 2 would be about someone finding a loophole/exploit that lets them harvest the power
@@flyingfantasy_dragon3269 not that i have much story writing experience but i suggest identifying the main plots, charaters (like what charateristics/ skills/background charaters have) and how you want to tell the story, diary entry, 1st person, 3rd etc. Once you have this you cam flatten out the plot along with the problem. Do a short rough version, but cover all points, problem, charaters, solutions etc as you would in a fully written and completed story/book. Starting with nothing drafted and written down is a bAd iDea, plan, characterise, rough drafts (do multille drafs!), "finale", edit the crap out of it, have friends, family read it (heck, total stangers, your teachers even), ask suggestions, change the plot, make any changes and then edit it one final time. And there you go, thats my advise. Oh also, if you don't read much, reading often will incease your writing ability and you'll learn about writing, from reading. Questions? Ill answer happily .>.
@@flyingfantasy_dragon3269 Welp, we seem to have a bit in common here - overly creative is my thing too T-T I don't share my writing often and hardly write creatively because I never have time, I have trouble balancing things I like to do like, I'd love to draw, read, write but then also play pc games (jeesh, lowkey a gamer .>.) so, heh, I never have time to write. Deiceding what to write about is tricky sometimes, being creative really helps though, you don't necessarily have to cross out ideas in a entire book many many ideas can be put inside, even smaller elements of ideas. My brother is a great singer and while playing games he will sing songs with (sometimes without) headphones, and I had heard this one and thought it was pretty good but it took me about a year to look it up and having the accompaniment with it just made it 1000% better
