Conchas y Café-The "Monomyth"

The 2nd creative writing lesson of DSTL Arts's 15-week Conchas y Café Bilingual Community Writing Workshop Series running 9/3/24-12/17/24.
This session explores the concept of the "monomyth" according to Joseph Campbell, better known as "The Hero's Journey," and Maureen Murdock's "The Heroine's Journey." Participants are encouraged to be critical of the theories while applying elements of both to their personal lives.
