The story of the guy is touching, was jailed at some point in his life, his father died while he was in jail then disowned by his relatives from Kokise, someone please verify if I am right but the guy was a fantastic musician. May God rest his soul in peace
Am told Kabaselleh n Okatch Biggy were brothers from same mother but of different fathers from different areas. That Kabaselleh was the first born, the dad was from Asembo Kokise. The mother left n was later married to Okatch Biggy's father in Ujimbe, Gem! When he became of age n because he was the first born, when he wanted to build his simba in Ujimbe, that's when he realised that that wasn't his home as he was denied the rights of the first born as per luo culture to build his simba on the right side of the main house. He then decided to look for his real father n home but when he got his real home, his father Ogola had just died n was already burried. He composed the Song Ogola Wuora to narrate that experience. This information can however be clarified by people who know it better!
