DANG!!! If I wasn't already confident in my decision of buying my 19MKS from TRV and having MYT Solar do the off grid power install, I certainly am now! Tom, I can hardly wait for the first week of March. Safe travels. See you soon, Frank.
I’m happy I can now spill the beans! You are going to love every step Frank! Can’t wait to meet you in the spring and get your 19MKS ready for your off-grid adventure. We’ll have to take them out together somewhere down the road.
COPYCATS!! 😸😂Congratulations!!!!🎉 You’ve obviously been good at keeping the secret that you were getting the same rig we have, and we are thrilled for you!!! So excited at the prospect of getting our “twins” way off road together. ❤ So, So happy for you. 🥰
Hahaha! We knew this would be a bombshell for you guys. I’m ready for a 19MKS campout. We had to copycat it’s just too perfect. Can’t wait to talk all about the good and bad here soon!
Thank you! We’re excited to customize the power system and a lot of other fun upgrades as well. Lots of stuff planned and we’ll be filming every bit of it.
Thank you! We are so excited to begin exploring again. We started the business with adventure in our hearts and getting back out there in our 19MKS will be all the hard work paying off. Cheers!
We have the Open Roads TDS card. Our travels in the West we have found it does not save us that much. For one the truck stops generally sells a B20 #2 diesel. B20 is about 9% less btu’s than clear #2 diesel. On our 4-6 week trips we may stop once or twice at an Open Roads TDS station. We generally find local fuel in the area can be less expensive. We generally find Top Tier diesel at Costcos, and Mavericks, and Arco’s are about the same on maybe a few cents more. My point is always check local prices in the area. I’ll pay a few more cents to get clear diesel or B5 diesel over B20 diesel. At the truck stops check the percentage of bio they add to their diesel. Just a thought.
That generator sure makes it a little more off-grid than the 19. I think we’ll pack a Honda generator mounted somewhere. We’re super excited for your new year with your 20BD.

Congrats to both of you.. Safe Travels! 🙂
Thank you so much! We are so excited to finally have our dream rig and make it ours. Lots of upgrades inbound.
I could tell from the thumbnail it was an ORV at Thompson RV. They are the best RV dealer ever.
Agreed! We love those guys. What kind of ORV do you have?
Congrats. Looking forward to see how you solar up.
We are too! We are so excited to start customizing. The solar setup will just be one piece of a whole bunch of mods. Cheers!
I’ve had my 19mks a few months now. Can’t wait to see your mods 👍✌
We think it’s such a great choice! Mods coming soon!
Congrats on the rig. I will be watching the upgrades (like all of your video's). Can't wait to see what you have in mind.

Great advice, thanks for sharing your experience with us!
20DB !! Come on April!

Just wish it had the built in generator
I honestly think a little Honda mounted to the back is a better solution. Especially with all the solar/inverter etc.
