woah there is some serious froth going on here! awesome video, can't get enough of that content! :) edit: thanks for sharing your sessions and letting us be there, it is so inspiring!
Haha thanks mate. Appreciate it. Putting the music in the timeline when editing and watching back made me want to pull back onto the boulders! I did and promptly fell right off haha
These home board videos are so good mate, so much psych and it’s infectious. I just set up my home woody, as I was inspired by your vids - feeling the froth!
No big plans for this year at the moment. Slow start so far. There’s a few simmering in the pot though. Not sure I’ll make it to nowra with much regularity though
The amount I am currently running is definitely not helping my climbing training. I’m enjoying the process of playing with something new for a short period though and that will, in turn, help my climbing 😀
They add so so much. Completely lovely having them there. They come out 200mm at most. Around 150mm is pretty common for small, low profile volumes. Definitely don’t want to go deeper than 200mm. They become too dominating on the wall and you’ll feel ‘stuck’ under them or won’t be able to easily use the wall space above etc
Just picked it up recently. There’s awesome trail running where I live and a few trail races I’ve always wanted to do, so having a play with that atm as well
I love how limit those moves look at the beginning and once they click you just do them over and over. Ace video!
Yeah sometimes you just need to give the moves some time. They can come together. Feels good when they do 😀
This gets me psyched to get back on my home wall projects! You’re totally right, sometimes a session just needs abit of curry😂
haha rad! yep, sometimes you just got to give some :). have fun on the projects
love the basement board sessions....keep em' coming Tom!
Haha 100% more to come
Yes sir! This is the Bee's Knees!!
Haha psyched you enjoyed it mate. Cheers ✌️
Some incredible climbing! Thanks for the psyche
Haha no worries. Psyched you got psyched 😀
"done all the moves but couldn't match" is absolutely PERFECT to finish the session!
Haha just leaves you wanting that little bit more 😀
I just love your kind of motivation. ❤
Haha thanks ✌️. It was a fun session

Thanks mate, psyched you enjoy them. Fun to share the froth 😀✌️
Another really good video!
Psyched you enjoyed mate ✌️
Love the videos man :D
Thank you ✌️
Proper good hype-up for a climbing session! Awesome video =) Loved the music choices.
Haha thanks mate. Appreciate it. Putting the music in the timeline when editing and watching back made me want to pull back onto the boulders! I did and promptly fell right off haha

Ahhh rad! Good one! Having your own space to crank moves and tunes and do whatever you like is the best. Psyched to hear that
Another great vid. Always inspiring to see world class climbers trying hard and not quite succeeding (like the rest of us!).
Haha it’s the same journey for all of us 😀
Lets gooooo! Love a hard board sesh! Felt great on the Kilter in Basel yesterday. so much fun!
And I know, I'm in Switzerland, but don't get to climb on rock... Gutted..
Rad you had a good one on the kilter. Just building up the froth and psyche to unleash when you finish the tour 💪
Watching your vids always gets me stoked!
Haha thanks. Psyched to hear that ✌️
Loving the psych Tom! Any goals for this year? Possibly a couple trips to Nowra maybe?
No big plans for this year at the moment. Slow start so far. There’s a few simmering in the pot though. Not sure I’ll make it to nowra with much regularity though
Love this video! Try hard, to the point
Haha awesome. Psyched you enjoyed 😀
nice sends!
So close on the second one haha. Another day 😀
I know this feeling... even tho for me it is V3s, V4 on Moonboard 2017...😂
Psyche and froth is psyche and froth. Doesn’t matter where it’s happening ✌️
Relatable and great to watch. Does running, especially before your sessions, generally help for climbing training for you or do you just enjoy it?
The amount I am currently running is definitely not helping my climbing training. I’m enjoying the process of playing with something new for a short period though and that will, in turn, help my climbing 😀
@@TomOHalloranAus Hell yeah, I love to hear it! Running can be so awesome
How deep are the volumes on your wall (as in how far do they stick out)? It looks like they really add to the movement.

im just a beginer but inst it posible to put a left heel to do de mach ?? ....🤔
always nice to wach your vids!
Ahhh yes you could, good eye. However I have one rule on the board. No feet on wood! So unfortunately not an option
Why do you run so much?
Just picked it up recently. There’s awesome trail running where I live and a few trail races I’ve always wanted to do, so having a play with that atm as well
@@TomOHalloranAusOh I understand, I do similar as well. Do you think it has a negative effect on your climbing ?
I’m running 50-60km weeks with 1200-2000m of vert. Yes it does haha. But I’m ok with that for the short term. Enjoying this little period of time
I love your training videos, always an inspiration. do you have an instagram profile, it would be great to talk with you about training
Yeah on insta tom_ohalloran ✌️
