Completely depends on your team, my team speaks in Hindi but I know other teams in my project that speak only in English. Since maybe in your team many people don't know Hindi, for example south Indian people then of course they will speak in English. But in my team most people understand and speak Hindi so we just speak in Hindi. But it's better to practise speaking in English because if you want to get better opportunities in other companies or projects in the future you need to know English.
