A great run around London this month, and a lovely atmosphere. Was very enjoyable. We are now about 6 months out from the Half marathon Des Sables. Next up...The 3 Forts Challenge in May.

Doing this as my first half marathon - this video has got me so excited!
Fabulous finish Dan. I can't complete a parkrun that fast (mind you, I am old).
I did something similar in May: the Vitality 10,000 (10k). It passes a lot of the same pubs. Big problem: I have many years of experience drinking along the Strand and Fleet Street and running past all those friendly, welcoming pubs was a heart wrenching experience.
Nobody explains the sacrifices you have to make to impress women when your an OAP.
Love seeing videos on this channel. Just found out that I'll probably never be able to meet my goal of running marathons because of the condition of my hips, HOWEVER, that won't stop me from trying. Looks too fun. Just might take a little more time to build up to it than I would like. This channel is my inspiration.
Ran cross country in high school, it’s a high school sport offered here in the US basically 3.1 mile run.
Need to get back into running, loved my days running in high school. Keep it up

It was intentionally an easy pace run Mike. If I was racing that I’d have been at 7:30 min/miles roughly
