Great video from one of the most scenic places on the planet. Nearly every bhuddist temple Iv visited is adorned by depictions of a similar kind of animal. People that say it doesn’t exist as there isn’t enough food in the Loch to support a large animal baffle me, why would we know what food it eats? 100% there is or was a creature on earth that fits this description, even Angkor Wat has Naga depicted all over. The story of the Naga and Yaksha fits perfectly to Scotland. The depth and composition of this Loch are hard to imagine.
He one of the best monster hunter but he is not underrated he get for each video like 1 million views which some people can't even get in a year he get it under day or a week. And we love this❤ guy.
The way the theory started is that one time a man was trying to achieve the world record for on water speed. Loch Ness was completely cleared so that the water would be perfectly calm otherwise it would be very dangerous. During the boating some people noticed ripples forming in one area of the water. Then the boat flipped over. Do to the size and shape of the ripples people started blaming the uncalled for ripples to be the result of the Loch Ness Monster.
I watched Gavin everyday, until four weeks ago I forgot about this channel. I just remembered, subscribed, and turned notifs on so now I can watch a bunch of your vids and I don't need to wait. 😊
Looking at the sonar, the creature seems to resemble a big turtle of some sort, which correlates to what shawn said about a underwater cave leading to the North sea. It could be possible that a turtle got swept by the ocean current (Which is real) which lead to the cave. The turtle could've just came back to it's original hatching spot for the past 11 years, as its a normal behavior for animals. One various I might say would be the "Leatherback sea Turtle," which can grow up to 8 feet which honestly kind of matches the descriptions shown on the sonar.
@surajkhatiwada3000 That's a very good theory tbf but the only difference is the huge neck in the sonar (i also don't know how they measure the size of things but leatherback get to like almost 9 feet but they recogn that thing was 20 feet) But I do like the thinking because thw shape is very similar
@tex6832 could be tbf imma have a look at what sonar turtles look like problem is they said it looked up to 20 feet which 20 feet wide for a leather back would be insane i don't know how big they actually get but my gut tells me like 6-7ft Edit: I found out that the sonar that was taken by the skipper was talented at like 3x the recommended knotts which means there's a high chance the sonar is distorted
@@GroovyGavin me too I love messing with my cousin like go behind the Aroura or go to the lost river near life pod 2 or go to the very steep cliff near the island with the big laser

It doesn’t really make sense since it was her, or it’s considered to be a dinosaur. Dinosaurs would’ve probably lived a maximum of like 20 years from around the same if they’re on the same size as what people are saying Serge and there have been sightings a lot older than that

I just visited Scotland and went to Loch Ness about a week ago & Met the person who got the SONAR Image. He is crew member onboard the cruise services provided at the Lake. What a coincidence💀💀💀 The Sonar plays Live on the Ferry so that tourists can see the depth of the lake
So i actully used to be an dino expert but i dont know much plesiosaurs (nessie) but thats an dinosaur Idk how it survived from the volcano and meteor Aswell do part two But other thing i think it might be Real……
I was also a dino nerd when I was younger. And it wasn’t all dinosaurs that went extinct. As all the birds are descendants from the dinosaurs. But also the tortoise and the sharks were already living in the dinosaur era and they didn’t die. Lochness may have been in a underwater cave. Lochness may have gotten smaller as the same as sharks.
Adrian Shrine, recognised as the leading authority on Loch Ness and Nessie, In another recent documentary on Loch Ness, Adrian was asked the usual question, Is there a loch Ness monster? With a rye smile, Adrian said, There will always be a Loch Ness Monster, while ever people, want there to be one 😊
Kind of late, but I noticed something worth mentioning. For the locals suggesting it's a sturgeon eel or seal, the shape on the sonar doesn’t seem to match the body shape of these animals. The main body appears thick, while the neck is noticeably slimmer. I’m not to sure as I’ve never been too worried about the Loch Ness theory, but let me know if anyone agrees
I think it’s real because there’s a lot of pictures and all the pictures look like the same and scientists some years ago found a old fish that they thought went extinct 3.8m years ago so I possibly think whatever is in Scottish lake could be a plesiosaur or a big fish possibly?
The difference with those and the Loch Ness monster is that creatures such as the coelacanth and lamprees are small creatures who live in caves or at the bottom of lakes and relatively do not need much food. Also: the first ever sighting was in 565 AD and the first photo was taken in 1933. Plesiosaurids did not live to nearly 100 years old. And the existence of only just ONE Loch Ness monster implies that this thing just will never die and if there were more, we would've seen one by now. If we can find small fish in the pitch black ocean, we can find a giant creature in just a lake.
FYI there has been a lot of sonar sightings over the years and a few have had something like in the most recent sighting. And the fish finders originally used were bought from my grandma.
There are many barriers to any creature being an ancient marine reptile but the insurmountable reason against it is that the Loch was formed only 15,000 years ago in the ice age,any tunnel would not be a possible route for an air breathing creature.
4:49 this photo itself isn't the monster but was a movie prop from i think 1979 from sherlock holmes it was a i think 20ft animatronic prop that dank after a hole was put into it
