Most of Chronic law use lyrics are more of some similes " ina all him songs" like this" like that" masicka bad but mi a take in him songs dem deep. No really all that but him have the formula. I think there is a line to be drawn between flow & delivery and lyricism. Additionally there is levels to the lyricism. Wiz is correct that Chronic Law is currently way more lyrical than Masicka. Masicka has a great balance of lyrics, delivery & flow... plus a jus Masicka time NOW!!

Some honourable mentions are Rytikal, Govana, and Skillibeng. There are a handful of other lyrical artistes as well, but I don't find them to be as consistent or as versatile as the artistes that I've named.
