I can't believe how little traffic there is on such a lovely sunny day! I normally have to wait at the traffic lights just after the Verkehrhaus for at least ten minutes, but you just sailed through without any trouble! A beautiful video and I am another person to whom Lucerne seems like a second home - it has a special magic.

@@SigisTravelVideos I really liked the skies; the sun gradually began to shine thru the clouds and vapour trails. Also the views across the lake, the mountains in the distance look positively "other worldly"! The lovely lakeside park and delightful public gardens as you come into the city, the great Hotels and THAT leggy blonde on her bicycle! Wow! I have watched this one many times from here on the English South coast and now I want to emigrate! Thanks again for posting this and of course all the others, (all of which I have watched and keep returning to...). Stay safe on the roads, (especially at this Xmas time of year!).

Great video. I stayed in Gersau for a 2-week holiday some 30 years ago, in a hotel on the main road. I didn't recognize a single building when you drove through, and I do believe the hotel was gone. How a town can change in 30 years.

It seems in todays world everything changes way faster than it did in the 'old days'.
There was (is?) a nice ice cream shop in Brunnen across the street from the moto parking at the ferry dock. 😁
