With the first one, if you’re going to get a baby monitor already, you can actually get ones from the v-tech brand that have soft lights and white noise options built into the monitor and they’re reasonably priced. You can also soothe your baby by talking to them through the “walky-talky” feature it has on top of a lot of other really helpful features. I’m personally going to try the haakaa out as I had a bad experience the first time I breast fed and didn’t have much knowledge on how to increase milk supply or look after my breasts correctly which resulted in absolute disaster with me not producing enough milk for my baby and ultimately having to put him on formula 😑 It’s a pretty inexpensive way to test out a product and I love how they have a colostrum collector product as I’m currently pregnant with my second baby and am having a c-section.
Keep in mind that not everyone will be gifted clothing, blankets or maybe not much at all. Our daycare actually requires blankets which they put down on the floor for tummy time etc.
Thank you so much! I love them too! They are from Caden Lane and I have the matching changing pad cover too. They are both super soft. I'm going to do a nursery tour soon and will definitely go over them in detail in that video!
Wow, that is a lot. Maybe you could donate a few of the extra things you don't need. There are a lot of pregnant women and women with babies who are doing it tough who would appreciate them.
i used most of the things on ur list extensively for both kids !!!
Every baby is different
Due July 1 and I love watching these advice videos. Thanks for sharing what didn't quite work for you!

The baby warmer is also great for baby cereal
Oh my gosh that is such a great idea! Definitely going to try that with baby girl number 2!! Thank you!!
OMG the blankets 😂. I have 12 at home and donated 4 to my neighbor and I live in Puerto Rico (Caribbean) what is up with people gifting blankets 😅
I feel your pain 😂 Thank you for the comment!!
I'm the same in that I never had a let down!
Was your supply good? I also don’t have a let down but I suspect my supply is low too 😢
@@snehagopal3881 I didn't have an oversupply for sure, but I pumped A LOT and was able to set lots of milk aside because of it.
I don't think it necessarily means your supply is low! You could ask your pediatrician if you have questions though!
Man I couldn't live with out my Haak I guess I am just a leader. I also have a big supply and my let downs are always forceful.
Great advice ❤ thank you so much
