Wow how cool that you all got to visit the attic needlework shop. I have always wanted to go there. It’s definitely on my bucket list. I have never been to a retreat. Camp stitchmore sounds exciting. All your wip’s are beautiful also your finishes I love your small pillows and most especially the finish with the red cardinals. Be safe on your drive back to El Paso. Have fun with all your starts and enjoy the Super Bowl. God bless you both See you all next time
The Attic was a fabulous shop. Check out the link in the description box for more details about Camp Stitchmore. Thanks for watching this week. Happy stitching!
I have never been to the Attic but have heard a lot about the store. Sounds like a great vacation. The pillow looks wonderful of a little Love. Happy Stitching. 💕💖💕
The Attic was such a great shop. So many beautiful models and then all kinds of fabric and flosses to choose from. There were also tables and chairs around the shop so you had space to spread things out if you were picking floss or fabric for a project.
Have fun on your trip and if you need something to do, head on up to Vegas for all the Super Bowl hoopla. 😂 Loved your finishes and FFO’s. Great stitching ladies!
We do have a lot of WIPs. When we did our WIP Parade at the end of 2023 we each had more than 50 WIPs. We try to work on all of them throughout the year. We hope you are having a great week.
Great video. The sunshine must be shining bright where you are because your stitching and finishes are beautiful. Great job. Some day I love to go to the Attic. Remember after the Superbowl spring Training starts. Go chiefs!
Great video ...what a treat to visit The Attic. The bramley garden. By rosewood manor is a must stitch for me. You two always enable me:) take care and safe travels.
Hi Thank you so much for participating in my #bdayrosewoodsal on Feb. 15th. I just love the pattern you two selected! Cant wait to see your progress. Thank you again! take care, Michelle (Lonestar Stitchers)
Love your channel!! You need heaps more subscribers. They are missing out. Love your organisation of projects and your delightful enthusiasm ! Your cat is absolutely adorable. Keep them coming. Cheers from New Zealand.
Beautiful finishes and projects galore! I love how you do different things on certain days of the week. I do Mill Hill Mondays, and on Sunday, I work on higher count fabrics. Your sister retreat sounds so fun. I used to live in Flagstaff and traveled all over AZ. Such a beautiful state. My Dad lives in Prescott Valley. A Little Love is so pretty! And, all the samplers are just gorgeous! Have a wonderful few weeks of stitching. ❤
Arizona is beautiful. Our sister Linda lived in Yuma for awhile so we saw that part of the state, but we had not been to Sedona before. We like how our “schedule” is working out-we get to stitch on lots of WIPs😉
I enjoyed your video so much and am so enamoured by all of your projects. You both choose the loveliest projects and I'm having to watch you with a pen and paper for sure so that I can jot down to add to my wish list. What a treat that you were able to visit the Attic and coincide that with a nice little vacation away. Your finishes and all of your stitching is so beautiful, ladies. I love your little Lizzie Kate pillow finish, A Little Love, it's so sweet. Thank you for another wonderful video and hope you enjoy the remainder of your trip.
You two are not far from where I live on the Navajo Rez., North east of Winslow. Enjoy our Crazy Arizona weather, snow, rain, wind and sunshine. Be safe on the roads.
Such lovely projects, and it sounds like you had a great trip with family! :) The Lizzie Kate pillow finish is so sweet, and since I watched your next video before this one, I see how quickly and beautifully you stitched and finished Primrose Cottage Be Mine valentine home. It's fun to have a couple quick sweet projects in there with some of the bigger ones. You both work on amazing pieces and I love how you have them organized for various days of the week.
Thank you! We are finding we get a lot more stitching done on our bigger projects when they have a day assigned to them. Smalls are easy to fit in around the big ones.
Happy to see your video pop up on my feed. I so enjoy looking at your beautiful projects. A Little Love by Lizzie Kate is such a precious little pillow. Great job!
I love seeing all your projects! I love the idea that you have something that you both worked on together! My grandma used to be big into cross stitch and I had no idea until this year. She is in her late 80s now so maybe she could only add a few stitches but how special would that be if I could do that with her? I am currently working on a present for her and I am hoping to finish it soon so she can have it. I am thinking about letting her do something on it at the very end... I need to brainstorm! Thanks for the inspiration!
That would be a very special memory! Our mother cross stitched until she passed away at 91. She stitched on 14 count Aida. She saved anything she didn’t like to do for one of us to stitch( usually Marlene😉). We did several of the same projects-she just stitched hers on a bigger count so she could see it easily.
@@suncitystitchers7793 Aww! That's so sweet! 😊 Such wonderful memories! Thanks for sharing! I think she should be able to do some! Luckily I am using 14ct aida this time. I talked to my mom and I have a plan. I am stitching Seaside Tiny Town for her because my grandma loves houses and she has always lived by the lake and loves the beach. I'm adding a quote below the town about family. Then we will all stitch our initials under the quote. I'm even going to have my son try (I may do it but it's the attempt that matters) I will have to chart it but I'm excited!
That’s a great idea and it will make it so personal for her! We both stitched Seaside Tiny Town-they are on the finishing table at home. Are you going to have hers framed?
@@suncitystitchers7793 Yes. That's what I was thinking. With the quote added on and initials it will be a different size. I was thinking for her I would have framed it anyway. The drums look cool but I am nervous about my sewing skills. I have a machine but I have never made anything like that before.
It would look great framed. We are going to finish ours on a stand we got from Paisleys and Polka Dots. Have a wonderful rest of the week. Happy stitching!
lol thank you! We are glad we keep up with our stitching calendar-it made it pretty easy to bring the WIPs we needed. Hope you are having a great week.
Oh your sisters trip sounds like so much fun! I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your shopping. I hope to someday be able to go to one of the physical store locations, but for right now I do all my cross stitich shopping online as I do not have a physical store anywhere near me. I
We had a fabulous time. We do not have an LNS near us either. We are fortunate to get to travel to a couple places that have them. Thank goodness we have so many options to shop online now. Have a great weekend!
Hello ladies, I assume you drove to Arizona. Well, I attended NAU in Flagstaff. I am familiar with the area. Sedona is beautiful. Arizona has many places to visit and explore. Enjoy. Have a good time.

The Attic was fabulous. All those beautiful samplers. We just wanted to stitch everything😂
Have fun on your trip and if you need something to do, head on up to Vegas for all the Super Bowl hoopla. 😂
Loved your finishes and FFO’s. Great stitching ladies!
Thank you Susan! A trip to Vegas is not in the cards😉 We’d love to go back to the Attic again though.
Great video! You both appear to have lots of projects but are so organized. I am amazed. Can’t wait to see you next time!

We can’t wait to start!!
Enjoyed your video. Good job ladies! Love ❤ that you have sister getaways etc.
Have a wonderful sister trip. Love your finishes and I look forward to seeing your houses.
Thank you. We love getting together with our sisters.
Love your house series for the year idea. Wonderful patterns that you’re sharing and enabling us all.
We had so many WIPs with houses in them it was a perfect 24 in 2024!
You two are great, love to see what you are working on.
Thanks for watching! We hope you are having a great week.

Oh my! Have a wonderful time! What a favorite time! Go Kansas City! Happy stitching!
Thank you! You too!
Your stitching is gorgeous. I don't know how you get so much done. I'm jealous.

Arizona is such a beautiful state. We have had a little bit of everything as far as weather goes! Have a great week and happy stitching!

Thank you so much!
Don't know what UA-cam is doing, but they unsubscribed me from a lot of my channels, including yours. I am now resubscribed.
Oh my goodness! We are glad to have you back.
Hello ladies, I assume you drove to Arizona. Well, I attended NAU in Flagstaff. I am familiar with the area. Sedona is beautiful. Arizona has many places to visit and explore. Enjoy. Have a good time.
You must be sisters! I have a twin sister. I’m Marlene, she’s Maureen.
How cool! We are twins too. We’ve always been very close. Do you and your twin sister live close to each other?
@@suncitystitchers7793 yes, right down the street from each other!
Are you guys twins
Yes, we are.
